Bloodwork For Low Libido

So as the title says, I suffer from low libido. My protocol is 120mg split into two injections. I was taking arimidex but it made crash like 5 times so I quit about a month and a half ago and so far I feel fine.

Apart from libido, TRT has been great for me and gave me more energy, aggression and mental focus. I also work out 5 days per week and my recovery is awesome and my body composition is great. The ony thing that I cant tune in is libido. I know that libido is not only hormone realated but I have to start by examining all the hormones that might play a factor.

My last bloodwork showed that I was low on DHEAS, progesterone and cortisol so I started supplementing with Dheas and pregnenolone. That combination increased my libido a little bit. I later stopped taking DHEAS because I was afraid that it would aromatise and continued taking pregnonolone, hoping that it would increase my DHEAS due to its upstream effect. My libido droped to baseline again when I stopped DHEAS.

I have no erections upon awakening but I do during the night. I think they were reduced since I stopped DHEAS but I might be wrong. The one thing thats kinda positive is that if I force myself to think about sex, I can get 60%-70% erected, and thats a good thing I guess.

I also supplement with Follic acid (I was low), Vit-B6, Pantotenic Acid, Vit-D, Vit-C and occasionaly Vit-B12. Τhose made a HUGE difference. I started feeling calmer, more focused and positive.

Tommorow I am going to check for
Thyroid hormones
Testosterone
Free Testosterone
Progesterone
SHBG
DHEAS, DHEA
Insulin
Iron
Follic Acid
DHT
Estrogen (sensitive test unavaillable)
Cortisol
Cholesterol

Does anybody have any advice on what else to check for? Or what might be wrong with me?
Thanks in advance guys

Sexual problems in men may be linked to low levels of the hormone prolactin.

Last time I checked, prolactin was 4ng/ml (ref: 2.8-11). I've seen it at 7 in other bloodwork though.
Tyrosine gives me energy at 1.5 gr per day but doesnt raise my libido much. I tested for serotonin a year ago and it was 85 ng/ml (ref:40-400) but I didnt supplement because I read that it decreases libido. This is the first time I read that it increases it.

It sounds like you're responding to TRT positively, your labs should shed more light on what's going on.

Sexual function can take longer to fully resolve.

How long have you been on TRT?
