No apology needed.
You clearly stated that you skipped your Monday injection and now your saying you made a mistake!
Not something to get confused about here as again if you purposely skipped a dose this would have a huge impact on skewing your lab results!
Again your protocol (dose of T/injection frequency) needs to be kept consistent week in and week out otherwise you would never know where your trough TT and more importantly FT truly sit on said
protocol.
Either way get your bloodwork redone using an accurate assay to test your trough FT.
$46.50 to have your TT and more importantly FT tested using the most accurate assays (LC/MS-MS-ED).
Definitely do not want to start upping your dose without knowing where your trough FT truly sits let alone last thing you want to do if your RBCs and hematocrit are already high which for the majority would be due to running a high-end/high trough FT.
Your FT was tested using the known to be inaccurate direct immunoassay and even than it has you hitting a healthy trough FT.
Your peak TT and more importantly FT wil be higher!
Upping your dose is going to drive up your peak/trough let alone estradiol, RBCs,hemoglobin and hematocrit further.
Again even if the weekly dose was increased which is a bad move right now you would still need to wait until you achieve steady-state which would be 4-6 weeks TC/TE before getting follow-up labs done otherwise your results would be skewed!
100 mg T/week split twice-weekly (50 mg every 3.5 days)
