Just Got Lab Results Best way to post lab results?

I just had my labs done through Defy Medical im wondering how or the best way to post them to get some feed back before my consultation..

Post all results in the blood test section test name result and range
example:
total testosterone 300 250-1100 ng/dL (do not forget units)

Easiest ways:

Attach it as a PDF by going to "Go Advanced" on the bottom right side of a post you are trying to write.

Include it as a pic by using the pic symbol on the top right hand side of every post you are trying to add.
