For the most part - i feel great on a consistent basis since I went to 2x injections of test cyp. But now and then - oh - maybe once every 2 weeks - I have these bad days and experience near-identical symptoms. I cannot put my finger on a pattern with these days, e.g., day before injection, day after - and so forth.
The symptoms are: a feeling of being congested/swollen - almost like a sinus infection; feeling tired with brain fog, the left side of my tongue feels irritated and tingling a little, a dry mouth, lack of interest in sex or in anything. A day such as this almost always lasts about 24 hours - then I typically wake up the following morning feeling normal.
I used to have more days like this when I was on gels- 2 or 3 times per week.
I am not sure if there if this is relevant to TRT - or if there's some other explanation. I would get say, a sinus infection in the past, but the symptoms were not at all similar to what I'm experiencing with these bad days.
