to start I'm not a vegan advocate but just like to consider the other side, for years I thought soy and flax seed would increase estrogens levels and I understand now they do not, but plants contain compounds like which are weaker than animal/human estrogen, when actually human and animals, which not sure who is more of an animal between the two lol, definitely have hormones in it, so doesn't theoretically eating, excess, animal protein more likely to unbalance hormones? especially those meats that are injected with synthetic hormones?or milk?
