Since the stronger data I have lately seen on the CV benefits of Low Carb diets, I have decided to decrease a bit my carbohydrates intake and increase my fats, protein are pretty much always the same, good quality animal products.
My carbs now are about 200/270gr, and the marconutrient intake is about 40/50% fat, 30% or so carbs.
I think good things are happening. My brain works better, I have more energy.
I have noticed, but not sure if related, about the same time I switched to the diet, my body temperature increased like a low grade fever, I sweat more, and my hearth rate some time is slightly elevated then usual.
To say, I'm two weeks in an increase in Testosterone dose, and I'm also on NP Thyroid, although no changes in that.
For some reason, I think having more fat in the diet makes TRT working better
I would like to hear feedback from guys switching to low carb, but not Keto, if they have experienced any of the symptoms, or for some reason they believed TRT worked better.
