Hello, I know Ai arnt promoted on this form an aromasin isn't commonly used, But I'm dealing with lingering symptoms from crashing my estradiol with aromasin. I began researching the possibility that aromasin might affect other enzymes. Aromasin is a derivative of 4-androstenedione an 4-androstenedione does get metabolize by 5a-reductase to 5α-Androstanedione. Formestane another steroidal aromatase inhibitor has been shown to inhibit 5a-reductase so it seems possible that aromasin could also affect 5a-reductase. Is my line of thinking reasonable?
