Serum T: 330 (265-916)
E2: 5.6 (7.6-42.6)
LH: 7.5 (1.7-8.6)
SHBG: 21.6 (16.5 - 55.9)

Labs taken a couple days ago.

I've been on TRT for ~3 years. I was thrown on TRT before I could have LH/FSH measured. I never felt much better on TRT and want to investigate the underlying issue. I typically used 200-300iu 2x-3x/week for most of my time on TRT, but in the past months before attempting to get off my use waned to maybe 1.5x/week on average.

As far as my understanding goes, these labs point to primary hypogonadism and I'm wondering if that's in response to testicular degradation, which the LH signaling may restore, or if I happened to be primary all along.

Additionally, here are some other data points from labs I had a year or so ago:
DHEA-S 194.0ug/dL (0 - 650)
Pregnenalone 0 (undetected)
Progesterone 0 (undetected)

No doctor has ever addressed these low numbers and I'm wondering if my body simply doesn't have enough precursor materials to make T. Incidentally, I've tried supplementing pregnenalone and DHEA and the combination gives me immediate relief in fatigue and mood issues associated with my current state.
