trt heart issues

I just recently started TRT, 160mg injection into my left arm 1 week ago today, also received an injection of gonadorelin in my belly as well as a vitamin b12 shot all on the same day. Roughly 6 hours after the injection I start having a racing heart 120 at resting, this has been nonstop, BP...

So I have been having a lot of acid reflux the past 1 1/2 years, no blood pressure issues and erratic lipid panels (expected when on TRT) but the last year lipid panel dialed in with Natural Thyroid supplementation-Armour... just had CT Scan for Heart Calcium which came back "0" normal.... but...
