Red Blood Cell reference range: 4.20-5.40 10*12/L Say your RBC is at 5.0, what would it end up as after a regular 500ml blood donation? Hemoglobin would go down 10 points g/L, hematocrit down by 3%, but wondering about RBC specifically.
