I have been on and off TRT for several years. The reason I keep coming off is unmanageable levels of anxiety, irritability and moodiness. I tried everything from lowering to raising dose, every day to twice weekly, different supplements, changing diet, exercise more, exercise les, lots of...
So my doc has me on 60mg test cyp M W F and 0.125g anastrozol M-F with nothing at all on weekends. It's been this way for a number of months and things are generally good.
Labs show good T levels and "acceptable" e2. Strength, recovery, and libido are great, but mood is not consistently good. I...
I lowered my dose from 120mg (was on for over a year) slowly down to 90mg a week over a few months, just recently (2 weeks ago) split it into 3 times a week MWF 30 mgs per. SInce then I feel more emotional, depressed, anxious, my nipples are really sore, I am more TIRED and ACHY all over...
I’m seeing a lot more post with people who have test levels above 1000 who feel crappy. Even with everything else in range e2, DHT, prolactin etc. I’ve also have seen post of people almost using microdose amounts and feeling way better. My question is, is this the new thing? Because my doctor...
Background: There is no shortage of threads and posts on nandrolone. Further, there are numerous opinions on the mental side effects of nandrolone. However, personal anecdotes vary widely with respect to how nandrolone affects mood. Like all hormones, nandrolone's affect one's physiology...
I have been on TRT for just over 12 weeks now and I am thinking of switching providers or just stopping completely as after the 6 week mark I have been experiencing extreme insomnia waking after 2 hours sleep even when taking strong sleep meds from my GP and this was never the case pre TRT and...
I was on 400mg for one month and felt nothing. Today I started taking 800mg and will see if it works.
How much sam e do you guys take and is it safe to take a much higher dose?
So I don’t want the medical technical Mumbo jumbo about it’s a carrier protein and all but what I want to know is if someone has low shbg what do they feel like . Should they feel tired , not optimized , workouts suck ,low sex drive, recovery ect . Does having normal levels make you feel better ?
My old dr was a dr who was all about not treating E2. He said let it go as high as you want and it won’t be a problem. Well I am seeing a new dr now and my e2 sensitive was 45.
My libido has been super low, my anxiety kind of high, also my junk shrivels up to nothing along with my scrotum...
I was feeling borderline tearful again yesterday and decided to test some markers, prolactin, thyroid, estradiol and cortisol.
Cortisol came back slightly below medium, FT4 on the low end, FT3 right in the middle.
Prolactin was fine at 3.9 ug/l. Even kinda low.
Estradiol on the other hand...
I haven't found much myself. I manage the E2 which helps. Recently I've begun taking LDN as well and all I can say is maybe it helps.. it seems to to a degree.
This is a re-post to an extent.
But what I want to hear is some of your stories on increasing testosterone.
Here is mine (without much facts, just how I experienced and read it):
I was taking 50mg testosterone gel and had levels at 24nmol/l or almost 700ng/dl.
I increased to 100mg and...
I’m having trouble understanding something. I’ve read on here that it takes weeks to really see a difference when adjusting dose and also that it takes some length of time for testosterone deficiency induced depression to lift. But, when talking about injections every 2 weeks, apparently it’s...
TD;LR: Kisspeptin may affect how we act and feel. It seems plausible that a TRT-induced reduction in this hormone is a problem for some men.
I’d previously asked if suppression of GnRH by TRT is a problem. The literature at least hints that it is possible. The situation with kisspeptin may be...
There's a fascinating connection between inflammation, dopamine, and motivation:
"Why do we feel listless when we are recovering from an illness? The answer is, apparently, that low-grade chronic inflammation interferes with the dopaminergic signaling system in the brain that motivates us to do...

I have been having some libido issues along with a little bit of mood issues. 3 weeks ago I was great. Now, kind of in the middle. Having difficulty getting erections and maintaining. Sex drive is pretty low...
When did you have better overall feeling? When you were on HCG or testosterone? Does your mood changes a lot when you switch those two medications? Thanks.
Hi everybody,
As I have said in previous posts, my endo prescribed me 175mg of testosterone cypionate every 14 days. I instead chose to give myself my medication every 7 days after reading of the stupidity of injecting every 14 days. I also know that my dosage is probably too high for a beginner...
Hi all,
I was recently prescribed some Celebrex (celecoxib) for persistent lower back pain. I took it for about two week (200 mg/day) and it provided relief for the back pain symptoms. The last dose was 3 nights ago. During the second week while I was on celebrex, my state of mind (mood, mental...
Hey guys. Got a question I'm hoping you can help me out with. I'm scheduled to see my Dr again in April, and that's a ways away so I'm wondering if I need to get in early, or if my experience is normal.
I'll post as many details as possible, but if I forget anything just let me know.

I have been on 50mg clomid 3x a week for about 6mo.it has brought my t up to 539 and free t to 105 and it is making me fertile again and that is what I was wanting.
But lately my moods have been swinging. Also been having hip and knee pain.
Does anyone have any insight if this is related to the...
