Maybe pheromones is not the right term. But there is something apparently physical going on for some of these folks. I don't think anybody would argue that a person's sense of smell, and the perceptions that go along with that, is part of of sexual attraction. And at least some of the women...

Update: PCP and Men's Health specialist in agreement that TRT is not indicated. Neither could offer an explanation for the elevated FSH & LH levels. It seems the next stop is an endocrinologist.

Reaction from PCP was of course that everything is fine, T-wise. Total T is normal (particularly for my age) and bioavailable is also normal.
Of course, "insurance normal" is not necessarily optimal from a wellness/functional standpoint.
