@madman my labs are done at Baylor Collage of Medicine in Houston,Texas. I see the PA for Dr. Mohit Khera.
Where do you live?
Does Tadilfil raise HCT? I am trying to figure out what would cause my HCT to move up any suggestions to the cause?
See enclosed screen shots of my recent labs TT/FT/...
@madman not sure 100% how much water I drank before the blood test on or days before but, I had water with me.. I don't think that the effect of the the water consumption is the cause of the upper limit hct. But, from now I'll pay more attention to the amount.
I have some calcium build up in...
Hi all,
I have been on Zyosted 50 mg once a week since April 2024, never had an issue till now my recent blood test result is Hemoglobin 16.5 and Hematocrit is 50.9. Dr. wants me to do 1 unit blood draw. First time ever for me..
I have a couple of question for anyone who already has experience...
@Guided_by_Voices Supergreat!! post and information I will be reading your post and absorbing its list of each and all of the contents. Your knowledge and information is far reaching I am hopeful to incorporate it. I'll post back to you.

@Charliebizz and @Gman86 Please know I am trying to understand this to get more clarity I have few questions to ask y'all. My calcium score is in the 900's the vitamin K, K2 is an extremely important vitamin (@Gman86 wrote)in regards to cardiovascular health and keeping the blood vessels nice...
I did not get blood labs when on the Empower nasal gel cause the Natesto arrived within 2 -3 weeks after I started the Empower, as I stated before, did not like the Empower it was used only because the Natesto was not a guarantee of delivery or backordered so basically a substitute. That's was...
I did use the Empower Nasal gel when I could not get the name brand Natesto I did not like it. For me it did not even come close to the Name Brand. Just not the same ingredients period, nor did I feel the same benefits the duration of the effects where not as long. Not saying it doesn't work for...
I am guessing you are out of the USA correct? I personally used Natesto my main source of protocol for T for more than 2 years. Initially, I started at 2 doses a day my base T was 230-250. I would squeeze the applicator for one full pump and paint the inside of my nose trying to reach up high...
@madaman very informative data. Does Tadifil daily and Viagra help the arteries stay in a more flex state and apposed to hardening so the penis is allowing more blood flow hence a better erection combination of nitrous oxide. Does this lesson over time? Thoughts
@Gman86 Atherosclerosis is thickening or hardening of the arteries caused by a buildup of plaque in the inner lining of an artery. Risk factors may include high cholesterol and triglyceride levels, high blood pressure, smoking, diabetes, obesity, physical activity, and eating saturated fats.
I...
@Gman86 my triglycerides mg/dl is 42 HDL 76 LDL 96 Total cholesterol 184
My Dr. is prescribing rosuvastatin@ 20mg he wants me @ 70 and ideally @ 50 LDL
My dad past away from heart attack he was 48. My hemoglobin A1c% total is 5.3 and I do not eat sweats and no high fructose corn syrup etc.
I...
@Moose man 109 what is your low dose of rosuvastatin? Is that what you started at? My Dr. is prescribing me 20mg start dose. I think its too high. Thoughts?
@SSHSSA74 my Lipoprotein value is elevated @ 60. Normal value is<30MG/DL. I am possibly/thinking to try red yeast rice supplement then check LDL again. Or try a lower dose Rosuvastain. Thoughts?
This is the exact medication my Cardiologist wants me to take(Rosuvastatin). I like to lift moderate weight in gym do you notice muscle aches or muscle change?
Yes, you can go by feeling,(your choice) but myself, personally, prefer to have the combination of feeling and labs with attention to time for my body to adjust (good or bad) unless its life threating to protocol with Dr. recommendation,
provided that provider is experienced in the field TRT.
@JayLay expose your source of credentials of knowledge regard to TRT. You stuck your foot in your mouth because saying "it also irritates your nose and throat" you felt that.
As previously stated, in my opinion two weeks is not enough time even if Natesto is in and out fast without labs results...
Yes, worked for me, It was my protocol for more then 2 years I started at x2 doses a day and @6months mark x3 doses if you can afford Natesto and are able to get it. The only negative is its hard to determine the amount of gel on dose sometimes because the applicator pump doesn't always work...
Its not an automatic guarantee that you be fertile either, unless, you use HCG with your T injections hard to predict. That would be a question "THE LEGENDS" Mr. Nelson, Dr. khera or Dr. Lipshultz.
Vince, thanks for your reply encouraging , my current lipid total is 184-HDL-76-LDL-96 yet the Cardio doctor wants me at 70 LDL and best at 50. He is pushing Rosuvastatin thoughts?
@Johnny08910 expose the source of Natesto bringing down T from 500-400.
When I drank my first energy drink before my workout the energy drink made me fall asleep fast.
@JayLay777 you're an idiot ,I said to get your lab work after a month that includes free T and shbg Mr. know it all. You obviously have not read up on the instructions and insert and data. You probably haven't even used Natesto. Your entitled to your opinion just as I am entitled to disagree...
@Johnny08910 if your T is @ 500-570 baseline. that's not low T. Have you tried daily Tadifil and or Vigara or a combination of both? I don't buy the no effect of Natesto upon startup, try x3 times daily. Try drinking an 100 mg caffeine energy drink in the first hour of your dose of Natesto. Take...
