Been on many protocols, low and high dose, but noticed no perceivable changes mentally (i.e. libido, energy) - basically was just like injecting water.
I do have low Vit D (19 ng/ml, range is 25-100). Does anyone know if having abysmally low Vit D would reduce the effectiveness of TRT?
You made a claim but then later contradicted it. I assume you agree it's natural to have fluctuating highs and lows throughout the day.
So what exactly is your argument here? From that quote, you're saying having lows in the hypogonadol range is normal only in men with normal hpta functions...
I'd agree with this as a general statement.
The difference between us is, I acknowledge that this may also be the most optimal protocol for certain others. I don't use blanket statements because I acknowledge everyone's biochemistry is different and thus even the most farfetched protocols may...
Are you a doctor? You have the mindset of one, where literature triumphs everything. Refusal to acknowledge the exceptions to the rule due to pride.
Your comment implies spiking T temporarily once daily is bad, ineffective, useless, etc. Maybe for some, not for others. Clearly you've dismissed...
Yet things don't always play out how science and theory suggests. Stating absolutes like 'it's pointless' is ignorant when it clearly worked for some. Had those fellas dismissed this piss poor protocol like you suggest, they wouldn't have found a hidden gem.
These guys would argue otherwise.

I was planning on doing 10mg/day, once daily. From the few anecdotes I've seen here they ran that protocol and felt good.
Given they did 3x a day and still remained functioning, if I only do 1x a day I would assume that's more than enough time in between doses for continued hpta function. That...
How much mg testosterone base/day do you think would be safe to not cause suppression? I could be the guinea pig and test your theory out. Was planning on running low dose test base daily anyway once I get it.
Speaking about testosterone no ester in oil, not testosterone suspension which is water based.
I've only seen a few users here post about it, but they all mentioned they felt better on it compared to estered testosterone. Apparently you can get by injecting it once daily, due to the oil...
Care to update? You mentioned you haven't experienced any testicle atrophy back then. Been some years since. How are your testicle size now with no hcg?
Daily administration.
Interesting that you guys said a few weeks. Everywhere else I've read people say as soon as the body senses exogenous T, shutdown occurs immediately.
Say you injected Test Prop for the first time.
1) How long after the first injection will the body stop producing it's own T?
2) How long after the first injection will the body be fully cleared of it's own endogenous T?
I'm wondering if an injection schedule of test propionate every other day would suffice, instead of daily. Would it still work given its short half life?
Does anyone have any experiences with using prop eod?
Also this doesn't make any sense. As I said earlier, the more water you drink, the lower your hct will show up on the test. If anything, you don't want to be hydrated during the test if you want to see accurate hct values.
If your goal is to lower hct as much as possible when donating blood, wouldn't hydrating beforehand be counter intuitive? The more water you drink the more you dilute your blood, lowering the red blood cell count per volume of blood. That's why people always say to stay hydrated to keep your hct...
Will try. Did the circumin have any negative effects on your libido? It's a 5a-reductase antagonist, preventing DHT from forming. Google'd and found people complaining about libido loss with circumin.
Logically doesn't make sense. RBC's live up to max 120 days. HCT should lower/return to normal shortly after that time.
Anyone actually can come up with a theory?
Off TRT, last injection (enanthate) was Jan 15th, so it's been exactly 5 months. Hematocrit is still at 50%, hasn't lowered one bit after ceasing.
RBC's are supposed to live for 120 days, so it's been more than enough time. What gives?
Wondering if this sleep benefit is only beneficial for those deficient/low on it.
Anyone with normal dhea levels still see better sleep from taking dhea?
Were your progesterone levels low which was why you started supplementing with it?
I'm wondering if using progesterone cream would benefit people not deficient in it- for the improved sleep.
Nothing Boring About Boron
6mg/day produces a plethora of health benefits and regulates hormones (up FT, lower e2). It does however lower shbg which is a concern if you already have low shbg. Is it still worth taking?
Can you elaborate on how you felt going from 1x/week (or eod if you did) to daily? Wondering how big of an impact more frequent injections made for you.
Nandrolone eleven times more damaging to blood vessels than testosterone
You're really recommending deca as an addition to TRT for life?
Feel good right now you are. Feel bad later on you will.
@Cataceous what is the reason for low shbg guys having less effective response to trt? people keep saying it goes through them faster which you stated is incorrect
Say you're on enanthate and want to switch to a shorter ester like prop (better for dialing in instead of waiting 6 weeks just to make changes). How would you go about making the transition as smooth as possible?
Ideally you'd just wait out the 4 weeks for it to fully clear the body before...
I knew more frequent injections are better for controlling hct but who would have thought it'd be that effective. 9% less hct while being on double the dose, simply from switching to daily.
