I had some repeat labs done since I was getting bloodwork anyway, High sensitivity e2 is still 100
I'm now about 10% bodyfat after intense dieting so it can't be age related fat.
So either the nandrolone Im taking is actually test ( unlikely as it's empower pharmacy)
Deca is showing up as e2...
Since under 1.0mm is apparently meaningless I got clarity from my cardiologist on the numbers and my IMT is 0.59mm
Not ideal sadly, that puts my vascular age a few years older than I actually am.
Had a Carotid IMT ultrasound today, results were under 1.0mm
"Bilateral IMT measured < 1.0mm. Normal study There is no evidence of
hemodynamically significant stenosis in either carotid system. Antegrade
flow is present in both vertebral arteries."
Hopefully that means my arteries are in...
Good point. I need to drop my dose to 150 anyway as I'm at a point where 200 is more than I really need, and more isn't always better
I'll try retesting next month after a period of 150
Interesting, my sensitive is much higher than my normal, normal was 70-80ish but this sensitive is surprisingly higher
My CRP HS was 0.3 so hopefully that wasn't affecting the normal ECLIA test, I took the HS version because I was wondering if Deca was showing up as e2 on the test the way it...
I've never had gyno except when I ran a over a gram of tren and test with deca as a dumb 20 something. And even that isn't visible
Maybe a bit more anxious but I'm under a lot of stress? You think it's worth getting back into the 60s with adex?
Alternatively I could drop my T to 100 and run...
My dose has stayed the same at 200mg a week for the last decade, and my e2 sensitive was usually in the low 60s which was fine with me
But the last e2 sensitive test came back at 107! This is a huge jump considering the dose and the injection schedule has remained unchanged over that period. I...
TRT comes from a family doctor in a different state, he's much more willing to prescribe tests/ drugs/ anything I want and is the smartest TRT doc I've used (my old Dr was Karlis Ullis in LA and my current doc is just as knowledgeable)
His nurse said it wasn't the CIMT and was a standard carotid doppler ultrasound looking at blood flow through the carotid artery
I like the guy but he's very old school and thinks TRT is the worst thing you can do for your heart and prefers a vegetarian diet to keto
My cardiologist wouldn't send me for calcium or CIMT tests, or a cardiac MRI
Hes scheduled me a carotid ultrasound which as I understand it is as useless as a stress test. I'll try to find a new Dr and get those tests. Although I've read the CT scan for the CAC test can be dangerous so I'd...
Bone marrow stem cells are supposedly legit but the 3k I dropped on mine didn't help. I had the injections done by a sports ortho during surgery to directly deliver them to the right spot but they didn't seem to help
Got the results back, they didn't test for some markers I asked for unfortunately. How bad is this?

None at all, my knees still hurt and my shoulder feels like crap
Maybe it would be worse without the hgh? Who can tell
I tried bcp157 megadosing, PRP, bone marrow stem cells, hgh, deca, var, 4 g fish oil, eccentric loading etc and so far nothing really helps
That is quite a difference between the panels, hopefully I get my results back soon and can update the thread
Apart from your HDL that all looked great in the standard test
Isn't large LDL particle size a good thing though?
As I understand it EOD dosing is less suppressive than ED dosing, I may switch to m/w/f at 5iu to see if that makes any difference
My body doesn't properly convert hgh to IGF1 (never has in 10 years of blood tests using serostim or blue tops) so honestly I'm not sure that it's worth using since...
I am on a cycle keto diet with 20g of carbs pre weight workouts, so not sure what else I can do there apart from go 100% zero carb?
My wife has metaformin she doesn't use since she went keto, I'll jump on that
My trt doc scripted me for HGH, largely for my recovery from recent orthopedic surgeries but also because I'm dealing with severe tendinosis in my knees
At 4iu every other day I've noticed my blood glucose has gone up from the 60s to 106 and I haven't added any carbs to my diet. Obviously this...
Thank you for sharing your experience! My Crp HS was 0.3 last time I had it taken I think so I'm not overly worried about inflammatory LDL plaque but I am trying to get my cardiologist to follow the Dr Ford Brewer advice on the tests for soft plaque since he thinks a treadmill stress test is...
No way my LDL is going lower than my HDL, my mid 50s HDL is as good as I'm going to get on TRT (TRT dropped it 10 points)
Going below 100 would be ideal but Id settle for around 100 if the infrequent low dose Crestor (5mg e3d) delivers what the studies show
I'll increase my niacin too, 3g ED...
I'm curious about the minimum effective dose for statins, from my reading it looks like just 10mg of Crestor a week would get me down a lot but my Dr wants me on 10mg a day as a "starting point"
The low dose studies show that LDL was reduced @30% on VLD crestor vs @50% on much higher doses...
I'm getting an e2 sensitive test tomorrow to check how different the results are from the non sensitive. Will post the results because it seems odd my E2 jumped up so much since starting deca
45, Zero history, my grandparents all lived to their 90s
It's weird because pre keto my LDL was 130 so jumping to 180 must be related to diet (and from what I understand not necessarily bad)
I'm ordering the cardio IQ + crp HS asap since my Dr refuses to "waste money" on them
I guess I need...
Ah so this explains my >1500 TT when bloods were drawn 5 days after 100mg test and 50mg deca (never been that high before on just that dose of T)
My e2 came back high too as Roche ECLIA, I know that trenbolone reads as e2 on the cheap test, was there a conclusion as to whether ECLIA E2 also is...
My LDL is 180ish , HDL 55, VLDL 10 and tris under 70 consistently
I'm on a modified keto diet with carbs pre workouts so I'd expect it to affect the cholesterol a bit, should I be concerned about the LDL if the other numbers are relatively good? My older PCP wants me on a statin and insisted...
I finally have my follow-up with my cardiologist tomorrow so I'll discuss this with him
Ideally I'd like to keep taking 50mg ND for my joint pains and general collagen synthesis, but if I have to stop, I have to stop
I've been doing HIIT twice a week with the aim of really hammering my heart...
I dropped from 245 to 225 pre bicep surgery , I'm planning on dropping to 200ish (hopefully @10% bodyfat) once I'm done with rehab - cutting while recovering from surgery doesn't seem a great idea as I want a full fast recovery so I'm eating slightly over maintenance calories to get in a ton of...
At rest, I have a stress test to do but can't do it until my bicep repair surgery heals (since they want you to hold onto the treadmill during the test)
Good to know it's normal, my LV is just slightly over the margin for normal sizes but not enough to be significant. I had legitimate LVH a...
