Yes. I eat half a grapefruit everyday and also supplement with cod liver oil to keep my blood platelets slippery. Have never had to donate blood even when I was on steroid cycle dosages. Highests hematocrit level was 50.1 which is quite fine IMO. I could be just one of the lucky ones though.

HCG is absolutely fine to freeze as many tens of thousands of users could attest to. There is none to hardly any degradation in frozen state. I'm currently using 4 month frozen HCG and it's as good to go now then it was the day I froze.
