I only switched about a month ago, so it’s too soon to tell. Having said that, I do like the change so far. I can’t really put my finger on it, but I have a better overall sense of well-being.
I realize this isn’t a very important issue. I was just curious what others do. I do not take my supps with me on long weekends or even a week vacation. I obviously bring any rx I have, but it seems too cumbersome to bring all the supps I take. Any thoughts?
I highly recommend getting the kefir starting grains from North Texas Kefir Club. They have a ******** page. Making kefir couldn’t be easier. You place the grains in a mason jar and add milk. Cover with some paper towel and leave it for 24 hours. Then strain in a plastic colander and repeat...
That’s exactly what I use. I’m fortunate to have a great local farmers market where I can buy raw unpasteurized milk from a few different dairies. In a pinch my local Publix sells 100% local grass fed unhomogenized milk. It’s pasteurized but otherwise from the same dairy.
I make my own kefir. It’s a lot more versatile than sauerkraut. I put it in my morning smoothie every day. It’s super easy to make. I haven’t had so much as a cold in four years. Many other digestive benefits but I will spare you the details.
I agree that we overdo labs and I’m not suggesting you do labs this early on. However, in this case, labs can be helpful to compare E2 prior to and after dropping the AI. For me, the rise in E2 was fairly minor and probably explains why I had no symptoms. As a matter of fact, my bp is running...
Okay, but isn’t there the idea that blood tests for FT are very in accurate? And you can’t calculate FT without SHBG. Are you using a different FT test?
I’m glad to hear someone else had a similar experience. My bp is running so low that I will get very mildly lightheaded if I get up too quickly. That’s a totally new experience.
I discontinued the use of anastrazole about three months ago. I was taking a very small dose, less than 0.3mg per week. This was keeping my E2 around 25. Now my E2 is around 45. I haven’t changed anything else. Here’s the strange thing, my blood pressure has dropped significantly. I was always...
I just recently switched my protocol from E3.5D to EOD just to see if I could improve my experience. I wasn’t having any issues. I will not be happy if my E2 goes up. I actually thought more frequent injections would lower E2?
I recently switched protocol from E3.5D to EOD, so I will run labs after about 6-8 weeks. I generally only test T and E2. The last time I ran SHBG was about 6 months ago. I will test it again if necessary, but would rather not spend the $ if it’s unnecessary. Thanks and God bless America!
It doesn’t actually lower PSA. It resolved the bph which was causing the elevated PSA. I use 5mg daily. The sides went away after a few weeks. I had to start taking it at very low doses and titrate up slowly. I don’t believe there are any long term issues with cialis.
I’ve never had an issue with ED in my life and I’m almost 58. I began taking it when my PSA elevated and I had mild symptoms of BPH. I just love the positive effects so I continue using it long after the prostate issues subsided.
So I managed to lose another 1lb+ and am down to 12.6%bf. Starting to see abs. My wife said they look like girl abs. She meant this as a compliment. Lol
