Natesto didn’t work for me. Ya it may be a good choice if your wanting to 100% for sure preserve fertility but why would you want to continue to use if it is ineffective for your low t symptoms? And since it has such a short half life (45minutes) you definitely should feel results in 2 weeks or less.
ZALEMAX ,
I bet you money I know more about TRT than you. For your information I did try Natesto and I felt absolutely nothing. It also irritates your nose and throat when you use it.
Again you don’t what you’re talking about. Natesto is fast acting unlike injections which have a 7 day half life. Natesto peaks about 45 minutes after you take it and then leaves your system quickly. I think 2 weeks is plenty of time to see if Natesto is working or not.
Did you ever get your SHBG and free testosterone checked? The free T is what matters . You could have normal total t and high SHBG and have low normal free t levels.
I felt nothing taking Natesto so if I were you I would give it a week or two and if you feel nothing just drop it. Also you can still take testosterone injections and still be fertile. It’s not an automatic guarantee you will be infertile while on it.
My baseline total t is about the same as yours and I have tried natesto before with no improvement. I think it could either been an absorption issue for me or it just didn’t raise my T high enough or long enough for improvement. If it ends up not working out with natesto you could try TRT with...
What is causing my body to have lower free testosterone then if it’s not my SHBG? And it looks like my free T is right in the middle of the range. Where would my TT need to be at then to feel benefits of free T?
This is my most recent blood test. These are my natural levels as I have not taken anything for over 9 months. I feel ok but I still get low t symptoms sometimes like low energy and low motivation. How do these levels look?
Total Testosterone: 577 ( 264- 916)
Free Testosterone: 105 ( 33-...
My blood test was done in the evening though around 4pm. How much higher would my numbers be if I would of had them done in the morning? I am not in TRT at the moment
Would you start TRT with natural numbers like mine given the symptoms I am having ? Is a free testosterone level in the low normal range enough to cause low t symptoms?
Have not posted here in awhile but here are my current labs. 30 year old male and not on TRT but I do have some low t symptoms still. How do these numbers look?
-Total Testosterone- 613 (250-1100 ng/dl)
-Free Testosterone- 62.3 (46-224 pg/ml)
-Bioavailable Testosterone- 128 (110-575 ng/dl)...
My free t is always low normal range most of the time on blood test and I had a low t symptoms. Are you saying come off TRT and add Clomid or HCG Or add both to TRT?
Is TRT basically a guarantee for not keeping fertility? I started TRT due to low normal free T and high SHBG with some low t symptoms but I am concerned about fertility since I am 28 years old. I do not want to take HCG as it makes me feel bad and basically makes TRT not work for me. Is there...
Were those your levels before you started TRT? Your free T is not really all that low on those labs. What were your Low T symptoms Before starting TRT? My guess is your E2 might of went up , not sure though until you get some labs done
I just just seen a video of Nelson discussing how a recent study showed that Clomid was effective in maintaining LH and FSH somewhat while on TRT. I am definitely going to add Clomid or Enclomiphene to TRT to see if this is maintained.
