How about people who respond with a high level but feel nothing from TRT? I have very low SHBG (not diabetic, pre-diabetic, or obese), and TRT feels the same as low T. I have been on TRT for ten years and tried everything.
TRT often is of little help with libido for many men. I know TRT is marketed as helping libido. Still, then, you see on forums like this where a great many guys find it of no help whatsoever in the libido department - and it's not always due to flawed protocols - often a guy's numbers will look...
If I were you, I would try an online clinic life Defy. They know what they are doing, and you get past the issue where local docs have no clue about TRT.
I am glad to hear that you are doing well with low SHBG. For many of us, though, we feel no real difference between the Low T we had before treatment and how we feel after going on TRT and trying every known protocol.
I too am very light-skinned, but I can get pretty dark with this stuff. The nausea is no joke though until you get used to it then it seems to go away.
No help on libido for me, but the tan is very nice.
As a low SHBG guy on TRT for many years, I can tell you exactly what it feels like. It feels like the Low T you had before you began treatment. Low libido, no muscle gain or weight loss, recovery from workouts suck, no energy boost, etc. I stay on a minimal TRT program just so I can have normal...
I have tried both twice now for some annoying shoulder muscle pain. I felt nothing at all - had no change for the better - but I know that for some guys, these seem almost miraculous in their healing.
It had zero effect on my low SHBG. What's more, I am not diabetic or pre-prediabetic anyway. I used it for 6 months and had my SHBG tested at least 4 times during that period with no changes. I sure wish it had worked as TRT with low SHBG feels like injecting water.
I no longer have any effects from Modafinil, either - even at twice the recommended dose. I never abused it and would take one once or twice a week to help on busy workdays. Now it has zero effect along with my TRT having zero effect.
Volume is low
TRT has always been a disappointment for me. Never lived up to even basic, but realistic expectations of improved libido, improved ability to build a little muscle or lose a little fat. Better than not being on TRT, but just bearly. Like 1 additional point on a 1 to 10 scale.
They are available, but I have read that outside of the USA they add chemicals that make them work more effectively that are banned here. Perhaps that is not true anymore?
I have not, but I looked into it. One has to outside of the USA to get treatments like this that actually work from what I have read. Not that I am opposed to that - it just makes it more difficult.
Dang, sorry to hear that. I too have tried BP-157 and found no help whatsoever. I have some shoulder issues I was hoping to help. Could not afford HGH but I always assumed it would work. It doesn't pay to assume.
To inject daily using an insulin syringe, and assuming your Test is 200mg/ML, draw up to the 12th tick mark. Each tick mark is 2mg, and 24mg x 7 days works out to 168mg per week, which is a tad higher than what you do now. Or, just draw to the 11th tickmark and inject daily for 154mgs per week.
I would not worry about your E2 level unless you have obvious high E2 symptoms. I would also recommend dosing more frequently due to your lower SHBG. Stay with 160mg a week and break it up to daily or every other day doses. Wait another 4-5 weeks and re-test levels.
Slightly off-topic to your question but have you noticed increased healing from surgeries and/or relief from the tendonitis? I know it takes a while but I am curious?
I tested the same as you on a 4-tube cortisol test. Low all day, spiked at night and decent sleep was impossible. The 25mg of DHEA stops (or lowers) cortisol and I sleep great now at least 90% of the time. On nights where I go to sleep and wake up late due to a cortisol surge, I take a second...
