No really good advice. Depending on the person a creatinine levels of 2 can really mean a reduced kidney function. You can use Cystatin C to estimate GFR. Cystatin C doesn’t have a correlation with muscle mass.

Muscle mass has a direct correlation with creatinine levels. Intense exercise can also temporarily increase it. Some supplements can increase creatinine levels as well (ex: creatine, too much protein powder,etc)

Difficult to say because other than increase in sperm count I didn’t feel much from FSH. But if i am not mistaken when i got the analysis done it was at the end of one vial. So i doubt a few months will decrease it effectiveness but couldn’t know for sure
