Several reasons. It is not trt. Also, I’m sure I don’t have an oxandrolone deficiency and the doses they scribe are 50 mg a day. I’ve tried it and 2 weeks in my hdl sent from 47 to 17.
Also, you are missing my point. These clinics write for 400 mg test a week with 50 mg oxandrolone...
I know people who say they have anxiety 20 years post accutane but again, it’s a hard thing to prove.
My TT was 384 at age 29, and I wasn’t on accutane
I don’t think they will touch testosterone, too much money to be made. I honestly think they should crack down on trt clinics like FAM who sell fake zomacton, and sell stanozolol, oxandrolone Etc etc
I really think Nelson is correct, anything that alters chol and rises bp long term is not ideal for longevity but maybe like in life, everything in moderation, maybe 3-4 months a year of low dose nandrolone wouldn’t be that detrimental…
Just on a side note, most trt docs have a financial gain in writing multiple compounds, they get much more money adding nandrolone and compounds that I think are worthless like sermorelin etc…
Regarding ideal TT, I remember reading somewhere that optimal levels are around 500 for longevity, hard to find studies on that, but what say @readalot @Cataceous ?
Appreciate the input guys, I am here to learn not argue. My goal now that I’m almost 44 and have 6 kids now is longevity. So y’all answered my first question, zero nandrolone is safest.
I know keeping my TT is physiological range is also safer but does that mean 500 or be more like Nelson...
Is low dose (roughly 100mg a week or so) safe for long term health and longevity?
I like it because I add lean gains and benefit from trt without the added androgens so less oily skin, less hair loss, prostate issues and of course the joint benefits, etc.
Only studies I find are how bad...
This thread gives me hope, if I saw him I would say he’s running 3-400 mg test a week and to know he can achieve that on 100 is impressive and I know he’s being honest.
I’m 43 and think the healthiest approach going toward it exactly that, 100 mg a week plus 1000 hcg. I’m going to stick with this approach!
Maybe once a year an 8 week oxandrolone blast, maybe
