That’s interesting. I noticed at my last blood test, my hematocrit was 49.5% and that was on 70 mg testosterone, about 50 of the primabolin, and 5 to 10mg of anavar on workout days about six weeks into the protocol. I have been hydrating a lot more. Plus, I started taking losartan in March...
It’s more of a philosophy to avoid problems before they manifest. I have no concern about polycythemia because my platelet counts are on the low to mid range. However, on testosterone alone, my hematocrit would typically creep up to the 51.5%-52% range within four months. Adding Nandrolone to...
I’m going through this now. Ferritin is constantly low - in the teens -because I have to dump blood about every three months. I need a nap everyday- which I am not 100% sure it’s from low ferritin, having some long Covid type symptoms, or just from a shorter sleep cycle, but I know ferritin...
I should also mention that I only recently started doing 70 mg of each every five days - about a month ago. For about the first two months I was only running about 50 mg of primo and 30 Deca - (with 70mg Test)E5D - which was about all I could fit in a one ML syringe. Some weeks I added a little...
I feel better overall. Great cognitive capacity - no brain fog at all and always super motivated. I am a tad more calm on Testosterone alone but miss the joint benefits of Primo / Deca. Much greater recovery running all the compounds - I can train damn near every day. Libido-wise: primo +Test...
My current protocol is 70mg each of Deca, Test, and Primabolin Every 5 days. Gained 10lbs of decent quality muscle in 3 months. Love this. Will drop the deca and primo for a month or two and repeat.
So happy for you. Another nandrolone success story. The stuff is amazing for what you describe. Just watch your blood pressure cause it does have a tendency to increase over time taking nandrolone- and if it does, just get on a med or adjust your dose.
I just wanted to add to something that Madman posted above. In my case, ironically, the only time I did not have to worry about hematocrit was when I was doing injections 5 to 7 days apart. All the other protocols, even when lowering my dose and doing daily, or every other day shots drove my...
I had beeen running 120mg Nandrolone for 6 months. I came off for 6 weeks and now just went back on - taking 50mg every 5 days with trt shot. I also add 50mg primabolin which also has some collagen synthesis benefits. I feel better already after just adding back the nandrolone 2 weeks ago
I had BPH a few years before TRT. I don’t anymore. Taking cypianate at physiological doses did not bring back BPH. My PSA is around 1, and ironically, it was 0.6 when I had BPH.
daily cialis does wonders for BPH by the way.
also, I don’t thing the effect on the prostate has much to do with the...
Personally, I have found thst running low dose anabolics ( Anavar and/or nandrolon)with TRT plus IM BPC 157, GHRP like Ipamorelin, combined with low intensity weight training to be the best. The protocol will lower inflammation and build some much needed muscle to help stabilize the joints.
I have run higher doses, for longer and got blood results mid way through and my HDL dropped from upper 50s to about mid 40s. LDL stayed pretty much the same but I am on a statin- so it may have went from like 60 to 70. Still well within a very good range. I have been off the Anavar for about...
Update and new protocol.
It’s been a while since I posted here and I thought I’d give an update as to my current protocol and latest results. I have been a long term nandrolone user and advocate. My previous protocol was 80mg Testosterone and 120 mg nandrolone every 6 days.
A few months ago...
Your approach is sound. I am planning to start the same in nearly the exact dosages that you have.
Primabolin should definitely knock down E2 but the question is how much? If it were me and I had gyno flare, I would run a low dose Ai for a month while the primo kicks in. In addition, you may...
Thanks bro. I really appreciate that. That’s what I thought. Would you care to comment on the suggested protocol. PM me if that’s better. Thanks again brother.
Hey guys. I am thinking about trying some HGH to deal with some chronic joint issues that have been unresolved. I found a good source for pharmaceutical grade HGH, but was wondering if there is any history with using this compound along with a GHRP.
This would be similar to taking testosterone...
Thank God for progressive doctors like this. When I was having low T symptoms in my mid 40’s I could‘t even get a doctor to test my levels. “Welcome to middle age“ they said, “ you don’t need Testosterone“. Finally, I found a good Urologist who recognized my levels were crap.
I found it...
Same as above. Testosterone first then HCG. this worked for me for years until I added nandrolone and don’t have room in the syringe anymore for 3 compounds.
I have also benefited from a nandrolone based protocol- I do 80mg Testosterone / 120 nandrolone every 6 days. HCT is actually lower than when I did just Testosterone every 3 days. I had mentioned previously that I was having some BP elevations. Likely it was the nandrolone but could be age and...
FWIW my Urologist who has been treating TRT patients for 15 years says he likes to see E2 in the 30-40 range. He said that generally that’s a good level to get estrogen benefits without worrying about any gyno, bloating ,acne, etc. He targets Testosterone in the 700-1000 ng/dl so its a decent...
That’s pretty consistent with my experience not only with deca but when I used to do Sarms - it only takes a little bit of Test to keep things normal. I actually prefer keeping Test on the low side and letting the anabolic compounds do the heavy lifting. I found it is easier to control HCT That way.
Thanks for posting. This is consistent with what I have experience. For what it’s worth, I am showing my BP tracking taking 2-3 times per day over the last 2 weeks. All of the higher readings were late morning or afternoon.
My cardiologist buddy wants to put me on losartan starting at 50 mg...
Something is definitely going on. BP was just now 150/90. Took 5mcg thyroid med at 4pm. Seems that my BP is normal in the morning and then steadily climbs. My cardiologist buddy said record it 3x per day as I’m doing now for two weeks to see if this is consistent before considering options.
I may have stumbled upon a possible answer. I also take the active thyroid hormone T3 / Liothironine. A few months ago I began to double up on my morning and afternoon dose to reduce the number of times per day I take the med. the drug peaks in 2-3 hours. Just took my BP 3 hours after the...
