Libido didn’t seem to improve with OP, although the studies that have been shared here seem to suggest otherwise, at least when compared to users’ experience with Clomid.
Will do. I’ll probably get labs after about a month. Defy told me that they’ve had several requests for it this week alone, so maybe they’re more open to it. They seemed supportive of giving it a try when I asked.
Just ordered the 5.0 mg dose from Defy. Their first instinct was to go with the 10 mg, but I want to try and mimic Natesto as much as possible. I figure I can always increase it after a few weeks if I am not getting results. Excited to give this is a try and compare to how I have felt on...
I'm considering giving Natesto a try (or the Empower equivalent) and have given this some thought. I've had decent results on Enclomiphene and like keeping my natural production, but I want to see if I can do better, particularly after the study that showed a significant improvement in a few...
I would give Enclomiphene a try. There is a lot of information on this site about it. Your E2 is probably on the higher end and may not be helping with libido and ED. Enclomiphene may help bring that down.
Latest lab results with taking Enclomiphene and Ibutamoren every other day. Was previously taking every day and had good numbers but E2 was too high, and I wanted to see if lowering the dose helped with E2. I do also take Propecia every day, but I like my hair, and I haven't noticed any side...
I would think that twice daily would be a lot more palatable than three times daily (which I think is the manufacturer's recommended frequency). I wonder if there is a decent percentage where only once daily would be sufficient.
Are there any studies that show that within 3 months of taking daily Cialis that it makes penile tissue "physically stronger" as he claims? I understand the theory and it makes sense that it should help, but I haven't seen anything that specifically proves it.
I've read a few studies where the use of Clomid increased SHBG. I've read I believe two with enclomiphene where it didn't increase in one but did increase in the other. So it's very individual, and I don't remember reading about huge increases (maybe from like the high 30's to the low 50's in...
Less frequent will be better for me than everyday. Still working through how I feel and the exact frequency as it will take a few months to really gauge it as my body will need to adjust to certain levels.
Not a big deal for me as my SHBG was already low. But a 50% increase in SHBG could...
My SHBG pre-TRT was high teens/low 20's. When I was taking enclomiphene 12.5 mg every day (after stopping TRT), it went up to 32. The 23.9 that you are referencing was when I had been off of enclomiphene for 10 days as I am playing with dosing to see the best result (primarily to see if I can...
I believe that enclomiphene has been shown to actually increase SHBG. It does increase mine, although my calculated Free T was still better with enclomiphene than without.
That's great. I have been trying to find the right frequency of Enclomiphene for me. I'm thinking of going twice per week to see if that can keep the E2 down without an AI and the T high enough.
My own personal experience is that a 30 pound fluctuation in my weight has had no impact on my E2 level (which is on the low end, to go along with my low T). This was measured when I was completely natural and not on either TRT or enclomiphene. What does cause my E2 levels to fluctuate is my T...
Thanks for the feedback. Yeah, my issue is that all I can find are the "extremes" - if you don't do anything, that's bad, but if you run more than 50+ miles a week, that's bad too. No one seems to weigh in on the middle ground.
Does anyone know of any studies or other authority on how many miles one can run each week (or each workout) without negatively impacting (and hopefully increasing) T levels? I know that the recommendation is to perform HIIT for a big T boost, but I'm talking about running/jogging maybe 4 miles...
And what effect did going from every day to every other day have on your Estradiol levels? I'm trying to get my Estradiol level down without an AI, so trying to find a balance with how often I use enclomiphene.
