Was curious if anyone takes Astralagus. The reason I was looking into it is becuase myeGFR based on creatinie was something like 60. My creatinine is something like 1.4 or thereabouts. If I test my cystatin-c, that test says my values are good. According to discountedlabs the cystatin-c test...
damn that sounds amazing to me. My sleep suffers (low quality sleep, not enough sleep) when my protocol gets out of whack. Have you considered the posibility that you just need more sleep?
Yeah man. Try to relax. I know when I get all up in arms about my penis, it does not help anything. Try to stop pannicking and be more optimistic. It really does help. At the very least try to not give a shit, I started out there. I accepted that my penis issue would not be fixed...
I've noticed a difference as well. I even find the hcg from reliablerx over in India to be more effective that compounded. It puzzles me why the compounded is not as good.
I can absolutely confirm that my sleep is better on daily prop. But god dang man. Daily injections are a pain.
OP if I were you I'd skip a few injections and see if your sleep improves after 4-5 days. If it does, probably gotta lower that dose a little.
Thanks for the post. Can you provide more information like how bad was your ED? Were your erections at 50 percent and now they are 100 percent, for example. Morning wood, etc.
I agree it works fast. I'll be pissing like a racehorse just a few hours after a dose.
From my limited research, half life of serum estrodial is only about 30 minutes so it mkaes sense that levels would drop very quickly.
I second your sentiment. Prop is way easier to use that Cyp. I hate the longer esters. Not knowing if you are doing the right thing for 2-3 months is absolutedly a deal breaker for me.
The tech at the Blood Donation Center was talking to me about TRT. He was singing it's praises on high. Didn't ask him his dosages but he said that he gets it from his primary care doc, not a specialist. He has a super primitive protocol of one injection per week. No AI, no HCG. He's not on...
Mouthwash has nothing to do with OSA. Two seperate things. Mouthwash kills the bacteria in your mouth that helps your body to produce NO.
OSA stresses you out and you get no real rest. It has a huge cascade of effects that can basically ruin your life,
I tried nmn and didn't notice too much. I enjoy Niacin though. Works MUCH better at increasing NAD+ levels than nmn. I think it depends on your individual chemistry though.

Found this one. Has over 10,000 units of nattokinase along with some serrapeptase.
Davinci Labs Nattokinase Plus - Dietary Supplement to Support Healthy Blood Flow, Vascular Health, Capillary Strength and Blood Pressure Already in Normal Range* - 60 Vegetarian Capsules Amazon.com
I wanted to share this study that shows 500mg (10,000fu) of Nattokinase showed an average of 36 percent reduction of plaque in the carotid artery in 96 percent of the participants. Adding Vitamin K and/or Aspirin caused an even greater effect. I thought that was pretty miraculous...
High doses give you that stuttering misfiring foggy brain? I can get this too. Was wondering if our other thread about electrolytes has anything to do with this. Seems to me androgens put one's physiology into overdrive and anyone on superphysiological dosages would need more of everything...
I've noticed my wellbeing is much better with a huge bump in potassium. Dr. Berg has a ton of videos on it. Not saying he is the messiah of all health but I do like his videos on this topic. I drink low sodium V8 because it provides almost a gram of pottasium in just one cup. My muscles are...
So I basically cut back but didn't go cold turkeylike you mentioned. Been a couple weeks now and honestly I am glad I did it. I feel more hydrated, and I am sleeping better. Now that I am more hydrated, my afternoon workouts are fine. I am able to sleep at night without the caffiene in my...
I'm on day three of no coffee and minimal caffeine. Man am I tired and my head hurts. Withdrawal symptoms are pretty bad. I was probably consuming about 500mg of caffiene a day. Was hoping to hear other's stories to find out how their experience quitting coffee was and if it was worth it.
I have been looking but haven't found much conclusive data. When I wear my oximeter without a CPAP it measures numerous drops throughout the night, between 20-60. But my average O2 is around 94. How bad is 94?
Ravenous pull yourself together! I know how you feel and believe it or not most people on this forum have been in your position too. That's why we went to our doctors. Never give up. The only way you lose in life is by giving up.
Don't underestimate the impact life can factor into how you feel. If there is significant turmoil, don't expect to feel great all the time. TRT is not cocaine or molly. You are still present in life and will experience emotions depending on circumstance. I do think it would be a good idea to...
