Ditch your AI now - you don't need it!

Guys, I haven't forgotten about you. I will reply to everyone in two hours time and post links. Trust me when I say it took A LOT for me to be convinced that AIs are garbage. I was once like you, I assure you. Just out shopping for new furniture for the new house. Stay tuned.

Cataceous, are we allowed to post links here? If so, how many links can I post?

Ditch your AI now - you don't need it!

See? Just everyone else is positive that they know it all and won't listen to anyone else. Like a horse with blinders on. Makes me sad to think I was once like them. At least I know better now. People trying to say others are wrong when they've never attempted it for themselves just makes me...

Ditch your AI now - you don't need it!

Why don't any of you understand that it really doesn't matter whether or not the AI resolves your symptoms, it is still toxic to your biological systems? You're trying to fix a problem you think you have with something that is going to cause a bigger problem long term. Even just a TINY DOSE of AI.

Ditch your AI now - you don't need it!

Healthman I most certainly will! Over three years on TRT and I've finally got it figured out on my end. Much success to be enjoyed for sure! My wife is also really enjoying my success too!

Ditch your AI now - you don't need it!

I took HCG temporarily because I needed to get my wife pregnant. It introduced a few problems (really bad back acne) and a few other things. Once my wife got pregnant I got off it and I noticed a few weeks later that I felt better off it than I ever felt on it. If you need to stay fertile, take...

Ditch your AI now - you don't need it!

Now taking 30mg a day for a total of 210mg weekly. No AI. No DHEA. No pregnenolone. Dropped all that shit. Testosterine only. Best thing I've ever done.

Ditch your AI now - you don't need it!

I had to get my TRT as low as 100mg to avoid E2 symptoms. Anything higher and the gyno would swell up so I would IMMEDIATELY take the AI. I never once tried to just let my body figure it out. A few weeks. I doubt you've ever tried this yourself. Madness you'd think, correct? I used to think the...

Ditch your AI now - you don't need it!

SHBG was 20 every single time I tested it btw. Don't think that makes a difference either. Also, daily shots are WAY WAY WAY better than anything else I've tried. Subq.

Ditch your AI now - you don't need it!

I felt worse. Most definitly did. Took about 2 weeks until things began to improve. My body had to get things figured out. Everything had to get balanced. It did. I absolutely assure you that I am finally feeling all the benefits of TRT that everyone spoke about now that I've ditched the AI...

Ditch your AI now - you don't need it!

I wouldn't post this if it had just been a few days, I assure you. :) Keep in mind, I used to be a guy who thought an AI was essential. The thing is, not only do I not have symptoms but stuff I've had for years has vanished. Guys are keeping E2 way too low and its simply detrimental to your...

Ditch your AI now - you don't need it!

Healthman... Everything I'm reading online these days is basically saying that most guys do NOT need an AI contrary to the nonsense that we were all lead to believe. I was a believer in AI. I tried it their way. Guess what? They were right. I believe we were all misled in that department.

Ditch your AI now - you don't need it!

I think you may have misunderstood me. I've had the gyno most of my life (and medically diagnosed). When I started on this TRT journey, it got worse. I immediately got on the AI and that kept the gyno under control and I stayed on permanently after that. My point was that I could have dropped...

Ditch your AI now - you don't need it!

Not following what you mean. Can you elaborate? I was taking 160mg a week. Daily injections SubQ. 0.25mg of Arimidex twice a week. Once I let my body adjust I'm now taking 210mg a week. No symptoms of any sort. Sleep better, more energy, better erections, my back acne is 80% better, better...

Ditch your AI now - you don't need it!

I'm a long time lurker and haven't posted much (perhaps even never) but I felt I should contribute something in return: I have very mild gyno that I've had most of my life. As soon as my E2 goes up it starts getting sore. That's when I USED to take an arimidex and it would go away. This time...

Thanks Coastwatcher, I did consider this option. I figure now that my values are better I'll give it some time and see what happens. If there is no significant improvement, I can go with that option.

They didn't. All they said was that they could refer me to a plastic surgeon to have it removed. My prolactin levels at the time tested at 14 ng/dl and they brushed it off. Estradiol was at 13 pg/ml (I was using Calcium D-Glucarate at the time to keep the gyno down). My body is fairly lean...

I haven't found a single doctor in Montreal who is knowledgeable in this stuff. First doctor suggested 100mg injections once a month.. an endocrinologist if you can believe that. I literally told him that he has no right to be practicing medicine based on that statement and walked out the...

All I can definitely say for sure is that I feel like I'm in a better mood these days. Happier.. less stressed out... more relaxed. I trained at a gym for years, off and on, and always quit because I was never getting anywhere (with 227 test, now I know why). I got back to the gym two weeks...

Sorry, I can see how that could have thrown you off. Worst case I can do 4ml on Friday and 6ml on Monday considering I'm not doing exactly 3.5 days. If it's not too high then I guess I'll keep it like that. Maybe it will take some time for the benefits to appear. It took me a year to get...

I'm injecting Fridays and Mondays. So I gave myself an injection on Friday, then again on Monday, did my blood test Friday morning and then went home for my Friday morning injection.

I am testing right before my injection. I did my blood test Friday morning, then went home and gave myself my regular injection. Am I missing something here?

Correct. I used to do Friday morning and then Monday night to make 3.5 days however I always had a hard time sleeping on Monday nights so I just started doing Friday and Monday mornings. The test was taken Friday morning prior to injecting. The interesting thing is that I don't feel all that...

I was wondering if I should consider reducing the T dose. 1182 ng/dl measured 3 days after an injection isn't THAT high... is it?

Thanks Vince, I'm from Montreal and the labs are in French with different units of measure that you guys use (I used an online calculator to get everything converted) Estradiol came up as 107 pmol/L with a range of <159 pmol/L I'll get edit out any personal info in the PDF and add some screen...

Brief history: Total test measured 227 ng/dl prior to starting TRT. Started off with 7.5g Androgel which was useless. Bumped it up to 10g and that was still useless. Switched to compounding cream and did 200mg daily, but still didn't feel any differently. Started applying to the scrotum and...
