SubQ or IM are both fine. I find 1ml a lot to inject SubQ in abs and it leaves a knot - so I've been doing it into Quads. No pain and no knot. I do 1ml about 3-4 times per week. 31g insulin needle.

Good call. Since men have reported great results for deep IM, shallow IM, and subcutaneous...it doesn't really matter that you aren't getting deep into the glute. If you want to inject there - keep it simple and use the same needles.

Conventional advice is to get your blood drawn at the trough. Which would be immediately before your injection and before you take the Arimidex that day.

Because the needle doesn't have to puncture the rubber top of the vial...which "may" slightly dull it, before injecting with it. Though it's never been a concern for me with 27g or smaller needles. For me - I like the 27g needles - nice compromise between small needle and reasonable filling...
