Shoulder pain relief: Hanging for Healthy Shoulders

Thanks for the video. My shoulders are generally pretty healthy right now, but I have had some injuries in the past. I think I'll add this to my workouts - and while I'm hanging, do some leg raises for my core. So I'll be getting a win-win-win: - hanging for shoulder health - decompression of...

    lip c injections.

SubQ or IM are both fine. I find 1ml a lot to inject SubQ in abs and it leaves a knot - so I've been doing it into Quads. No pain and no knot. I do 1ml about 3-4 times per week. 31g insulin needle.

I know it - that would be awesome. You would be doing a great service by providing scientific / blood test results, versus the purely anecdotal and "I did / did not feel it" type reviews you read everywhere. Not sure of the best way to find the top 3 test boosters. One idea would be to go to...

Wish I could help Nelson. I'm out of the "supplement game" as of 5-10 years ago and don't read much about all the new stuff anymore - especially since getting on TRT, since none of the supplements come close. Good luck.

    Sermorelin/GHRP-2 or Iparmorelin?

Got it - thank you. I have Spondylolisis and Grade 1 Spondylolisthesis at L5-S1. Plus some disc degeneration between L3-L5. Been suffering with nerve impingement and resulting pain for 4-5 years. I am wondering if i can at least help some of the disc degeneration. Hmmm...

    ExcelMale.com : Best Men's Site On Internet

Totally agree. I learn something new every day. And even though I'm far from where I'd like to be knowledge-wise, I have a lot more knowledge than before I joined and feel I have a very good "working knowledge" of the basics now...

Curious as to what "lower back problems" you are trying to repair. I have a lower back condition as well, so just curious.

The most popular forum I've run across that has tons of guys talking about the latest supplements, test boosters, and pro hormones, is anabolicminds.com For whatever reason - they have attention of many of the supplement makers who participate in the forums, give away products, etc. And they...

When are my peak and trough e2 levels with this protocol?

This is an interesting thing to try to predict. Just thinking out loud... if you assume that the testosterone serum levels peak and wane similar to the graph below, then test level will peak about 24 hours after injection. I don't know the time delay of aromatization, but let's assume it...

4 months on TRT, got lab work back, results don't make sense

As said above - the clinic approach favors only the clinic, not the patient. They just want a steady stream of patients coming in so they can collect their injection fees per visit. I was suckered in before I learned better. I started with Weekly injections. That worked pretty well. I...

    Injection supplies question...

Good call. Since men have reported great results for deep IM, shallow IM, and subcutaneous...it doesn't really matter that you aren't getting deep into the glute. If you want to inject there - keep it simple and use the same needles.

When are my peak and trough e2 levels with this protocol?

Conventional advice is to get your blood drawn at the trough. Which would be immediately before your injection and before you take the Arimidex that day.

    Injection supplies question...

I was going to mention the same, as well as the fact that injecting in the glutes is kind of a pain to twist around to the right area. I use the same 27g 1/2" needle for delts and quads. Four injection sites to rotate through, no pain, and don't have to worry about drawing with one needle...

Requesting Input: TRT Targets and Monitoring Table

Yep - based on my experience - 20-40 seems a more reasonable range, and consistent with discussions with my docs. And like CoastWatcher said - just because you are at 46 or 50 doesn't necessarily mean you have to address it - but it should be looked at closely...

    Defy Consultation Today-Conclusion/Protocol

What? How did you jump to that conclusion? Every one of us who are a client of Defy get personal consultation with the Doctor. In my case - the Doctor verbally explained EVERY medicine, dosage, timing, etc. Verbally. I took notes during our consult, and due to spending time on this forum...

Diagnosing sudden hair thinning / hair loss

Dr. Saya - if you catch this thread - one quick question before we have our live consult. Assuming my issue is T.E. - are any of your hair loss formulas beneficial for this situation. I've read elsewhere that Genetic Minoxidil can help - so I bought some of that because it's cheap and easily...

HRT for Wife? Attn: Dr. Saya

Oh I agree. I genuinely meant good luck! I wish we had progressive doctors that were knowledgable in HRT/TRT and this stuff was covered by insurance. Unfortunately that didn't work out for us. But at least we have Defy as an option. I LOVE their tele-medicine model for those of us who can't...

HRT for Wife? Attn: Dr. Saya

Good luck with that. My wife's OB/GYN does NOT support TRT at all. She says hormone levels are supposed to decline and we shouldn't mess with them. Whatever... So we had to look elsewhere. My wife was suffering from brain fog, depression, night sweats, etc, etc...three years ago. We got...

    Starting on Anastrozole/dim

Thank you Dr. Saya! I appreciate the feedback. Yes - full thyroid tests were done at my follow up and indicated I could use a bit more of a boost. So we increased my dosage as a result. But I was noticing the shedding before we bumped up the thyroid meds, so I don't think it's too much. And...

Because the needle doesn't have to puncture the rubber top of the vial...which "may" slightly dull it, before injecting with it. Though it's never been a concern for me with 27g or smaller needles. For me - I like the 27g needles - nice compromise between small needle and reasonable filling...

One question about TE - If I'm unsure, is it still fine to use the Monox/Fin/Keto formula daily? I'm assuming that won't hurt anything, but just want to be sure. Yeah - I know some is normal. But I've been styling my hair with pomade/fiber type stuff and kind of spike it up in a "messy"...
