i would go lower than that. 12mg a day perhaps is a good middle ground, you may need even less. I went to daily and found i needed to reduce my dose significantly. if your trough was good at 50mg twice a week. on daily with that same dose you will like be much higher than that trough.

that post was a little hard to read through, don't have any input on the protocol but i would suggest listing out your lab work with numbers, units and ranges clearly. Also include your SHBG number specifically, and your E2. That will increase the probability of you getting some useful feedback.

How is your FreeT3 on that dose? mine was above mid range prior to cytomel. I am aiming for the top 1/3rd of the range.

Your Free T3 is below mid range. should be ideally in the top 1/3rd of the range. Did you ever get to that part of the range? you may just need a larger dose to get you there. If your SHBG doesn't move once you are there, then i would rule thyroid out.

Just got 5mcg of cytomel prescription after some hard pressing! I am going to split it in half and start with a half dose tomorrow as it is a work day for me, not sure what to expect. I may go with a half dose for the next few days at least then move up to the full 5mcg dose.

Just got my RT3 results. RT3 is 13.3 range (9-24) which seems unusually good. What is the way forward from here?

I have felt like that, when my E2 was high. Irrationally emotional. what is your SHBG? might have more free E2 than most depending on your shbg.
