I disagree. SHBG has more importance than just estrogen control, it is important for transport, and there are shbg specific receptors.

I would say it is an important factor, but yes not the entire story.

I am thinking it varys depending on SHBG because that changes how much free estrogen you have.

It could be low E, Cialis has been shown to decrease E in studies (in lean males in the study below) and slightly boost T (more so in those with metabolic syndrome). did you get bloodwork? are you lean? it might have been just enough to throw off your protocol, perhaps next time you give it a go...
