I use Easy Touch 1 ml 27 ga 1/2" syringes and they work just fine. It takes 15 or 20 seconds to load the full 1ml through that small needle and about 10 seconds to inject.

Just a followup. My prolactin level was 12.1 on December 6th. I started taking 0.25 mg cabergoline BIW. Did not notice much change in libido or orgasm intensity. New labs as of January 31 show prolactin at 1.3! I guess the Cabergoline really knocked it down. I am going to discontinue it.

I can tell you that when I had crashed E2 I had hot flashes and night sweats - along with other symptoms. Never when E2 was high. Some people will tell you those come from high E2 but they don't have any good evidence to back that up. I'm sure other members here will pipe up about the symptoms...
