Thinking of lowering T dose closer to my natural levels.

Coming off completely would be a last option. I'd like to exhaust everything else first

Thinking of lowering T dose closer to my natural levels.

So this is just me spot balling here but I've been on trt since late 2016. I'm 45 now.I mainly went on trt so that it would be easier to run a higher dose once or twice a year without having to pct. I also figured the added ability to hold muscle, extra energy, well being, etc, of trt would be...

    Benefit of taking DHEA

I've been taking DHEA at 50 ang 100mg for a couple months but don't really notice a difference in anything. How long does it take topically?

How's your prolactin? I had the same sensitivity issue running nandrolone on top of 150mg test. .5mg caber once a week solved that

How come only feel good when transitioning off T?

As others have said, even your 250/week dose was probably way too high. I'd start around 75mg/week to be honest. When you make a change to your dose, you need to wait about 2 months to fully feel the effects. Getting blood work at that point is the best way to see what's happening. The idea...

E2 Sweetspot - Larger Erection Than Normal?

Interesting! 112mg/wk, I'm surprised your free T is so high with that SHBG. Although I guess you don't really have a trough at which to do blood work. And why daily with an SHBG like yours? Just to keep everything as stable as possible?

E2 Sweetspot - Larger Erection Than Normal?

Nice labs! What's your protocol? Do you require a fairly high TRT dosage to achieve those T numbers, given your relatively high SHBG?

Deca for TRT - effects on e2 and hematocrit vs Test?

Doesn't exactly roll off the tongue lol. I'm running 150 test, 300 deca at the moment. Erections are good but definitely experiencing delayed orgasm. I've tried a little caber here and there and I think it helps more with the erections than the anorgasmia

At wits end with ED problems

Your ratio is largely driven by your SHBG level. A higher number binds up more testosterone, leaving less free T. It's great to have a decent level of free T but I don't think the ratio matters much. @Nelson Vergel ?

At wits end with ED problems

Free is the one you're mainly interested in. It is unbound and therefore "free" to do all the positive things we associate with TRT. Your peak to trough spread is fairly minimal, though that's too be expected with EOD injections. What's your SHBG?

At wits end with ED problems

As others have stated, your dose is probably too high with that low of SHBG. Mine is around 24 and I've been in a process of lowering my dose and reassessing every 6 weeks. I'm currently at 90mg, which I think might be too low for me.

Minimum Dosage or freq for low SHBG

Thanks Nelson! I also watched a video last night where you started that you'd been on nandrolone for 20 or so years before. True?

Minimum Dosage or freq for low SHBG

What are your reasons for running it, and how long has it been in your protocol?

Minimum Dosage or freq for low SHBG

That study used high doses and rats. Vince, you have nandrolone in your protocol, does that mean you're not concerned about it's potential health side effects? If so, Is that because of the low dose?

Minimum Dosage or freq for low SHBG

Is there any added health concern with nandrolone? I seem to recall that it could have a negative effect on heart muscle tissue. I'm happy to be wrong though as this might be a potential route for me given that I'm lowish SHBG.

Need help with potential causes of ED (labs included)

Standard. We dont have the sensitive E2 test in BC with LifeLabs so I understand the numbers may not be very accurate. However, this 190 values is MUCH high than i've ever been at. Another potential confounding factor is that I take biotin, which i just found out can affect certain assays...

Need help with potential causes of ED (labs included)

Thanks for the feedback! I pin Monday morning, Wednesday midday, and Friday evening, so the spacing is even. Bloods were taken Wednesday before pin I would prefer not to rely on pde-5s if possible so I will lower dosage to 90mg and see how that goes. I also have the option of coming off TRT. I...

Need help with potential causes of ED (labs included)

Ok here's my latest labs @ 7 weeks of 120mg/wk split m/w/f, no ai. blood taken at trough. E2 is non sensitive but still, wow! It would seem that I can still lower my dose considerably. I'm thinking 90mg/wk. The E2 probably explains the crazy bacne I've been having Test Total...
