Currently getting it from APS pharmacy. Not by choice, but that is the pharmacy my clinic uses for everything. I'm thinking about switching to defy though, prices are much better than at my clinic. I've also heard a lot of positive reviews about empower pharmacy.

You absolutely DO NOT want to use gels on the scrotum because of the alcohol content in them. They will potentially cause severe skin reactions and irritation. I'm almost positive androgel is a no go on the scrotum, but maybe there is a gel I'm not aware of that can be safely applied to the scrotum

That is a very low dosage of the cream, might want to ask for stronger strength. Are you using topi click?

As far as hcg, I personally won’t use it unless I want to try for kids. I remember the late dr crisler talk about back filling pathways with hcg, but I’ll let the more educated on the matter answer. I prefer the simplicity of mono therapy, and I feel absolutely amazing on my current protocol

I like the idea if using prop for daily injections. Slightly more bang out of your dosage and can theoretically mimic how a body would naturally work better. I think testosterone base with no ester attached, injected twice daily would be even better, but you’d have to be crazy to do that...

I think that combining the two really is the best. I love how high dht makes me feel, but truth is we don’t know what chronically elevated levels of dht do to the body long term.

I made the switch about 3 months ago. I know that is a very small personal sample size, but I really can't believe how good I feel on this protocol.

My labs were done just shy of 2 hours after my 50 mg dose. This is because I didn't expect to go to labcorp after work, but had to for scheduling reasons. Yea, I'll stay on my same protocol and just get tested no earlier than 5 hours after my last application.
