You could put a little bit of water in a coffee mug, put it in the microwave for a minute or two, and once out put the testosterone vial upright in the water for a couple minutes. This “thins” the oil out and you can pull into an insulin syringe relatively quickly.

Damn, I was prescribed Accutane in my teens as well. I never had any sexual dysfunction or libido issues though, never tested dht until I was with Defy so not sure about dht levels prior. I had no idea that you could get oxandrolone or Stanozolol through Defy!

Defy had me cut my amount that I apply to the scrotum in half because of elevated dht. I still test significantly over the upper dht range applying 1 click to scrotum and 1 to back of knee, forearm, or top of foot twice daily

Is 30% compounded testosterone cream a thing? I have heard that 20% is the cap, because anything above that would flake apart and wouldn't stay stable for very long. You're spot on though, androgel is useless for 99% of men who want to be optimized. Maybe if you use dmso with the androgel?

If you can pick your base, empower uses hrt base for the cream. Atrevis is most likely the best, but very expensive and not every pharmacy offers it.
