Dosing to prevent ups and downs

Thanks very much guys. I will discuss all of these suggestions with my doctor at our next appointment. He is very good and knowledgable in these areas and I think he'll be receptive to making some changes. I'll post back in a few weeks after making the changes and getting bloodwork to see where...

Dosing to prevent ups and downs

Thanks Hammer. The blood draws were taken on Thursday morning prior to injection on a Monday & Thursday injection schedule...so as close to trough as I can get them to be. That brings up another question. What is an ideal trough level to strive for (obviously including the way I feel in the...

Dosing to prevent ups and downs

I have searched a bit around here and other places and have found quite a few suggestions, but thought I would ask specifically on my circumstance to see if anyone has any thoughts. On TRT+HCG+AI with the following regimen: Mon & Thurs 100mg T (total of 200mg/wk) 500iu HCG (total of 1,000...

Clomid success but incredible fatigue and hunger

Nelson, thank you for your responses and I apologize for not summarizing better up front. I've been on Wellbutrin so long (years) I guess it just slipped my mind. Two quick questions: - do I need to be worried about the LH/FSH levels being so high? Are there any downstream effects of these...

Clomid success but incredible fatigue and hunger

E2 prior to therapy was 20.5 with a testosterone level of 282. Sleep is so-so but I've noticed it's gotten worse along with theseother symptoms. I've noticed this because I take Ambien every night and I've had trouble initiating sleep for the first time in a while. I also am very jittery and...

Clomid success but incredible fatigue and hunger

29 years old. Low LH/FSH/TSH due to pituitary adenoma. Before I started my T levels were consistently in the 200s. Mentally I feel really good on clomid. I don't seem to have the emotional issues I hear people talk about. Also, no side effects that I can tell. My libido is terrible and morning...

Clomid success but incredible fatigue and hunger

I have been on clomid 12.5 E3D for several months now with great success, Total T in the upper 900s. The one issue is the E2, which when tested with the sensitive test, comes in in the upper 80s, despite increasing doses of Arimidex, now up to 0.25mg twice a week, pending another assessment next...

    Awesome response to Clomid! But...

Although it took literally over a month to begin to "feel" the subjective results, I am now doing really well on Clomid. I've stepped down from 25 ED to 12.5 ED to 12.5 EOD, but my LH/FSH and E2 are still through the roof. Weirdly, the LH/FSH response has trended higher as I have stepped down on...

    Help, feeling emotional

No one knows for sure without corresponding labs. I understand you are unable to get them right now, but until you do (and ONLY sensitive E2), you are basically guessing. Do you have any labs from before you started the AI we could look at to get a baseline? What protocol are you on? Dosage...

    Help, feeling emotional

No one here can give you accurate advice regarding dosage without looking at levels first. I would be very wary to adjust dosages with the limited information you have. I am very sensitive to Arimidex and only take 12.5mg a week. 12.5mg twice a week tanks me.

HCG monotherapy prescribed for fertility and low testosterone, confused like hell.

Cause what issue(s) specifically? Arimidex is incredibly powerful has unbelievable effects on E2 at even the smallest doses...it also makes me completely impotent almost immediately. HCG mono guys using Arimidex often crash easily because most of the E2 is created within the testicles, where...

HCG monotherapy prescribed for fertility and low testosterone, confused like hell.

I'm not Nelson, he's much smarter than I am. :) My personal opinion is that your first step should be figuring out that thyroid issue. The thyroid is so upstream that tuning that in might correct your T issues. Your E2 is already pretty low. My guess is that the Arimidex crashed you, even at...

3 day sex party, some ED. Report on trying out various compounds.

I'm another who is super sensitive to Arimidex. 0.125 twice a week left not a single drop of seum E2 upon testing. One thing--make sure your doc is testing E2 with the "sensitive" test. It is more accurate because the standard assay over estimates the numbers due to cross-interference. I'd be...

HCG monotherapy prescribed for fertility and low testosterone, confused like hell.

I'm sure you'll get advice much better than mine, but a couple of things come to mind. First, did any of the docs ever pull LH/FSH values? These are the pituitary hormones that "signal" to your testes to create testosterone and sperm, respectively. If LH and/or FSH are high, then this leans to...

New side effects HCG to Clomid

New doc wants to try clomid to replace old doc's HCG mono protocol that was beginning to lose its effects despite increased dosage (perhaps downregulation). I am almost two weeks in with the following (stopped HCG cold turkey): 25mg clomid ED 0.125mg Arimidex + 200mg DIM (compounded together)...
