    I tried this product and I really like the unflavored powder, I just didn’t love the taste of the chocolate. It wasn’t bad, just not something I wanna eat every day. I also have zero issues with digesting any whey I’ve ever tried. I’m blessed with a cast iron stomach!

    Almost every person tracking calories estimates. But, how easy is it to be off by 150-200 calories per day? That really adds up at the end of the week. That’s why I don’t get to hung up. I find weighing and tracking bf and lbm are better ways for me to make adjustments.
