    I use a combo of machines, cables, bands and dumbbells. I can’t think of the last time I used a barbell. I have also learned to decrease the number of exercises and sets along with only lifting 3x per week. I also focus more on hypertrophy than strength.

    It’s so strange how a simple switch like this can cause issues. Our bodies will absorb the injected substance into the blood stream either way. I just don’t understand how it could make that much of a difference for someone who has been on T for awhile?!?

    I didn’t have the day issue of going limp quickly after finishing when I was 42. This began creeping in around 50. We both really enjoy being able to keep going for a couple of minutes after, I love that feeling.

    Both actually. Lasting longer is not a big deal because I was okay on that front before. What I really enjoy is being able to maintain an erection for a while after orgasm. Before cialis I would literally go limp almost instantly after finishing.

    It’s definitely the easiest and most accurate way to dose very small amounts. Once you titrate up to 5mg per day you won’t have to worry about it anymore.

    I can’t recommend daily cialis enough. I love everything about this Med. I do dissolve mine in vodka. Alcohol is a great solvent. I’m not sure what could be substituted that would work as well. Going to be near impossible to micro dose without dissolving. Good luck
