It seems most of this comes down to the cardiovascular system. Between the bodyweight and dosage- higher dosage leads to more sides such as polycythemia. It also leaves you feeling more stimulated which I guess can effect the heart over time.

Just because people with metabolic syndrome have low shbg does that mean that people with trt induced low shbg are susceptible to metabolic syndrome?

Correct, I did however take hcg not sure when in relation to the draw. I take 350 units twice per week. My E2 was 25 per labcorp range.

I have sort of, I applied two clicks once daily. One to my arms, chest or thigh and one to my scrotum. Labs were drawn the next morning before application. Total test was 419 ng and dht was 275 ng. I used 200 mg though, my dht is always high but this raised it roughly 100 ng.

Life extension, possibly picolinate I try to check labdoor. I have taken cdg as well but all these are ok if your E2 is like let’s say at the top of the range or slightly over and you just need to bring it down smidge. If you actually need to reduce it by 50 percent they will probably not cut it

Has anybody ever tried using enclomiphene to raise shbg? I read on another thread clomid raised it so I figured enclomiphene might do the same. I wonder if it works if shbg would stay up after discontinuing it.

This is the primary reason I take hcg, to prevent this from happening to the scrotum or at least to mitigate it.

I wonder if enclomiphene could be used for us low shbg guys for no other purpose then to just raise our levels ?

I have taken empower and Hallandale hcg and didn’t notice a difference. They both work I just don’t feel it like I used to, again I suspect as we spend a significant amount of time on hcg some of the effects diminish unfortunately. I hope I am wrong
