Hi Bolex, I’m on Nebido, every 10 weeks and works just fine for me. My doctor was suggesting me to go to 11 or 12 weeks due to my hematocrits but after some discussions he allowed me to donate blood and now it is all good. I’m interested on your experience, keep us posted. good luck

I would try to reduce Arimidex, dose seems ok and labs are fine. How did you feel before AI? Maybe instead of 2x week? I'm on equivalent of 100mg per week (1g every 10 weeks) and I feel great! Without arimidex and HCG. Good luck to you!

Just my 50 cents, why bother HCG? Are you trying to have you wife/gf pregnant? Or it is just how your balls look? Your levels are above the high limit, I’m not surprised you are facing side effects. The golden rule should be the least amount of test to have benefits. I’m on Nebido only, no HCG...

We had miscarriage in the past and my wife had endometriosis and her doctor strong suggest us to follow IVF path, on top of that after in vitro fertilization I restarted TRT. I still have frozen swimmers in case we need more circles in the future. I’m back on Nebido every 10 weeks. Cheers Jay

All the best to you @Stoak Regarding sex drive, you may try some Maca Suplements and also LongJack, they supposed to be good for Testosterone but if helps with energy during this process it may be worth to consider.

HCG + FSH worked pretty well for me! but keep in mind that you may need higher dose due to restart process and that may take more than 3 months to give you measurable results. keep up with the plan, you can make it. it is hard I know, but you can do it brother. All the best and good luck Jay

I did exactly like that. stopped TRT, added FSH first and then later HCG. my protocol was FSH 300 iu eod, HCG 1500 eod. I went from 0 to 70million in 5 months. worked for me, no significant side effects, I was much better than natural, no pct, etc… good luck Jay
