You could be right but I’ve never ate many carbs and been 15-16% body fat but just look puffy especially in the face. My problems with libido started about 1.5 years on trt. I’ve ate a healthy diet for the last 20 years or so and exercise daily. I’ve never ate many sweets and honestly the only...
Yes they were low after starting trt but really they should be because your body isn’t using dhea to produce testosterone anymore. Dhea never provided any real benefit only side effects.
I put on more water weight with hcg. I don’t use an ai. I have a high shbg usually in the 70s so estrogen has never been an issue. I only dose 60-80mg per week of cypionate because any higher just causes side effects. I feel good at a lower dose but I do seem to hold water excessively on trt...
I know exactly what you’re saying. I eat very healthy and exercise religiously but looking at me you’d never know I was on testosterone. I was much leaner off trt for sure. I think it shuts down something upstream that controls metabolism weight loss and libido because I seem to suffer in all...
I’ve been on trt 11 years and all in all I’m doing pretty well. The one thing I’ve always had issues with while on trt is the inability to lose weight and just being more flabby than when I was natural. I’m sure a good deal of it’s water weight because the higher my dose the worse it is. Before...
You’re certainly on a large dose for trt and it can cause bloating. 100mg per week causes bad bloating in me but obviously we’re all different. The higher I go the more bloated and flabby I get lol. I’m 46 y/o and been on trt nearly 11 years and have always had bloating on injectable but not on...
I absolutely agree with that. It was definitely the worst experience I’ve ever had with any medication and like I said it lingers for weeks before returning to normal.
It does suppress function to a degree from what defy told me but it does bounce back when you stop. I’d recommend something like t3 only and stay the hell away from armour and meds like that. At least with t3 it’s out of your quick.
I had just about the exact numbers you have and tried Armour thyroid 1/2 grain. All I can say is it was a disaster. I spent two weeks with bp 150/100 and resting hr near 100bpm. I was completely anxiety ridden and had severe insomnia. My advice is tread cautiously because this crap stays in your...
Good thing about cypionate is there’s really no cold turkey. You won’t even hit the bottom until at least two weeks and some guys like myself with high shbg don’t crash until 3 weeks. Basically it’s a slow taper no latter how you do it.
Yeah a lower dose is possible because I use 60mg per week. I like IM better than sub q but you can try both to see which one you like best. My 7 day trough is 650-700ng on 60mg but my shbg is higher than yours. You can start at 60mg and work your way up if needed. It’s much easier to start low...
I think 80mg per week is a good place and you can always work your way up slowly if needed. I would think 3 times a week or every other day would be more than enough as far as frequency. I do once a week and feel best doing so but I have higher shbg.
Insomnia at night, fatigue during the day, zero libido, acne, high hr, high blood pressure angry all the time, depressed etc...
At 60mg I sleep well, have tons of energy and all the other issues are resolved
I really don’t care about free t honestly or estradiol. This is where I feel good. My shbg is usually 55-70 depending on when I get labs and estradiol has never been more than 30pg/ml even with total levels over 1500ng. Whenever I have checked free t I feel the best in the 15-20ng range. More...
Our insurance doesn’t cover it. I’ve checked with a couple places and was told it wouldn’t do any good considering I have nearly total cartilage loss and the fact they’ve already removed the radial head. I guess I’m sorta screwed. How old are you if u don’t mind me asking?
Yeah he did two surgeries for me last year. He did a right arm subcutaneous ulnar nerve transposition and lateral collateral ligament reconstruction. On my left which is the one with the destroyed joint he removed the radial head and did a joint debridement. Dr Sanchez Sotelo at Mayo did the...
Sky I was wondering if you’ve found any resolution to your elbow issues? Unfortunately since total elbow replacements are rare it doesn’t give much incentive for research. I’m still battling constant pain and have really not found much that helps. Hopefully you’re doing better
I have no desire to argue with you about this and I’m not a scientist but in my 20s me and several guys I worked out with did a couple cycles with enanthate and deca. Me and 3-4 out of the six almost immediately started losing hair at an alarming rate when deca was started. I have no reason to...
Deca by itself isn’t that bad but when combined with testosterone or multiple other compounds will have you shedding hair like a dog. Seen it several times
