For those who are struggling on TRT

Once a week. I’ve experimented several times over the years with various dosing schedules and have found I feel much better doing once weekly.

For those who are struggling on TRT

As many of you know, I have struggled over the years ever feeling well on TRT. I’ve had doses all the way from 200 mg per week down to 60 mg per week. I have now been on TRT 13 years and can honestly say I’ve pretty much tried it all. I have contemplated, and even attempted quitting a few times...

Restarting after 8 years of TRT

My levels were 450NG at age 36. 60mg once per week has my trough level 600-650ng. Never felt good whatsoever doing higher doses in any regard. I think most men would benefit from doing lower doses. It took me a decade to finally figure out this is the case. I never check free t, e2 or any of...

Yes, been at 60mg for a couple years now with nothing else and feel better than I ever did with higher doses.

    Statin use

I am honestly not sure. For some reason I can’t get my doctor to order one but I’m just gonna get my own. My ldl has been as high as 190 and the lowest I can get it is in the 160 range. The higher I take my testosterone the higher it goes. Luckily I feel the best with lower t levels. I only do...

    Statin use

I would definitely like to get a cac score even if on my own at this point but I did start pravastatin 3 days ago and so far no issues but I’ll wait a month or so to see how it’s affecting my cholesterol. One good thing about statins is the ability to lower inflammation which is certainly a good...

    Statin use

According to what I’ve researched and what my doctor says, pravastatin is the least prone for side effects. I hope it is the case.

    Statin use

I think I’ll give it a try and see how it goes. 10mg of pravastatin is a really low dose from what I’ve read. I typically over respond to all meds so this should do the trick.

Sounds interesting, I will check into it.

    Statin use

I wanted to see if anyone has tried very low dose statins long term with no side effects. My doctor keeps trying to push them on me but the potential side effects scare me. My total cholesterol is 240, LDL 162, HDL 55 and triglycerides are 98. All my other labs are good but diet doesn’t budge...

Anyone taking Lisinopril for high blood pressure?

I hadn’t had any labs in a year and got them back this morning. My 7 day labs are: Total t-1067ng Hematocrit-52 RBG-5.67 This is on 72mg a week Could simply getting my hematocrit down lower my BP. I way over respond to all medications including testosterone. I could honestly get by on 50mg per...

Anyone taking Lisinopril for high blood pressure?

I am still having a few coughs here and there with the annoying tickle but was hoping it would go away. Not sure its going to completely go away at this point. I went two days with hardly any cough and have coughed 10-12 times already today.

Do you guys feel you get better results taking it AM or PM or does it really matter?

Anyone taking Lisinopril for high blood pressure?

In my case I've never been overweight, never smoked and ate healthy 95% of my whole adult life. I am just shy of 48y/o now, been on TRT 12 years and have tried pretty much everything to get it down over the last year. So far I would say my erections are even better on this. I feel pretty much...

Anyone taking Lisinopril for high blood pressure?

Today has been 4 days and honestly the cough is nearly gone and I’m starting to feel some better. We tried an ARB first that was terrible. My BP is now 122/71 this am. I hope it works out because it has certainly hit my pressure down quick.

Anyone taking Lisinopril for high blood pressure?

Thanks Nelson. I feel a little better today than I did yesterday for sure. Hopefully my body will adjust over the next few days or weeks. There been a few times lately my bp has been as high as 164/104 which certainly isn’t good. Within a few hours of my first dose of this, my BP was 114/71 and...

Anyone taking Lisinopril for high blood pressure?

I’ve tried to no avail to get my BP under control over the last year. It averages 150/95. My doctor wanted me to start 10mg Lisinopril on Thursday of this week. After the first dose it lowered my blood pressure substantially. The thing is I’ve not felt well since starting it. I feel sort of...

    Where to buy syringes

Thanks I will check both of these places. It’s really dumb to require a prescription for syringes. In other states I’ve loved it it’s never been an issue.

    Where to buy syringes

I’ve been on trt 12 years and until recently have been able to buy my syringes at Walgreens with no issues. We moved to Missouri a couple years back and the laws on anything medicine related are atrocious. Needless to say even syringes require a prescription. I’d like to find a good online...

    Testosterone propionate for TRT

I am not. I had some side effects with it that made it a no go. The main side effect it caused with me was pins and needles in my hands like carpal tunnel. Dr Saya had an explanation but I don’t remember what it was. Also I have no desire to do daily dosing with anything.

    Blood pressure issues

I actually tested my potassium level and it was on the higher end two weeks ago. It’s strange because all but the last 1.5 years of the 12 I’ve been on trt has been at higher doses. Most of my time on trt was at 100mg but I feel better at 60mg. Supposedly testosterone has a relaxing effect on...

    Blood pressure issues

So I tried upping my magnesium dose for a couple weeks and really watching everything that could possibly affect blood pressure. After two weeks of 800mg magnesium, my blood pressure was averaging 140/98 and sometimes higher. I raised my testosterone dose from 60mg to 80mg last Monday and the...

I found a TRT protocol that works

Good to hear. The simpler the better. I’m on t only as well and just do 60mg per week once weekly cypionate. I think many of have been guilty of over complicating things when there’s no need.

    Blood pressure issues

I’ve recently in the last few days added magnesium 250mg twice a day. Hopefully that will start to have an effect. I can also get a potassium test ran at my doctor. The thing that sort of baffles me is the whole time I was on higher levels of testosterone my blood pressure was lower. Supposedly...

    Blood pressure issues

I just turned 47. Perhaps it is just age related. I do cardio at least 6 days a week and my heart rate as well as vo2 are great. I have ate a really clean diet my whole adult life as well. I really don’t want to be on bp meds if at all possible.

    Blood pressure issues

I’ve been on trt over 11 years and within the last couple years drastically lowered my dose to 60mg per week. I feel much better in all areas at this dose. Having said that my BP has steadily risen and now sits at 138/95 sometimes higher. I’m very active, not overweight, and only take one...
