I only take it as needed to help with EQ.

My doc gave me .4mg capsules, 1 capsule after eating. I take after dinner (when I take it). It can cause retrograde ejaculation but I havent had that problem, but I dont take it daily. Has only helped, not hurt, EQ.

@Gianluca knows his stuff when it comes to pregnenolone and progesterone. I learned from him (and verified with labs) that IR pregnenolone did not increase pregnenolone but did increase progesterone. Lipid matrix pregnenolone (which bypasses liver) increased pregnenolone but not progesterone.

Ive been doing it for a couple of weeks now. 4 clicks (50mg each/200mg total). Feeling less wired. I assume it's because of less DHT. I'll get some labs done in the next few weeks.

Ive tried cream, pellets, injections and now compounded gel. When you apply to scrotum your numbers will go up, but watch DHT levels. Mine were very high. Now trying on biceps and inner forearm.

Too early to judge how I feel. E numbers were high on prior labs with gel on scrotum (70).

E2 on scrotum was 5 but I as taking aromasin, which I stopped. E2 non scrotum was 32 but it was not sensitive, so not sure my E levels help at all. Went back to injections and now back to gel last week. Too early to judge how I feel.
