Low Dose Accutane for TRT Acne

Low Dose Naltrexone. Naltrexone is an oral used at 50mg+ daily to block opioid receptors to help recover from drug addiction. But at a low daily dose of 4.5mg, it reduces symptoms of inflammatory diseases in a lot of people. Relief from everything from RA to Fibromyalgia. Being on TRT causes...

Low Dose Accutane for TRT Acne

Try a compounded cream on your scrotum daily and talk to a competent doctor about your thyroid. That helped a lot for me, especially supplementing injections with cream. The side effects are permanent but most of the time now things are better than not.

Low Dose Accutane for TRT Acne

Do not take Accutane. Isotretinoin is a 5-ar inhibitor like Finasteride and in fact causes the same problems in people. I took it as a kid and it's the reason why I'm on TRT. It can destroy your body's ability to produce DHT no matter how much testosterone you are on after you stop taking it and...

    Testosterone Caused Folliculitis

Mine won't go away entirely, but switching to Enanthate helps a lot. I also take LDN which takes the pain and swelling down to zero in a matter of hours

    Switching to cream from injections

Yes, T3 is one of the very few things that will increase SHBG. With it, I lowered my RT3, raised my SHBG from 16 to 24, and I have been injecting now just 3 times a week instead of every day. I apply a 5% cream every morning before I leave for work too. Thyroid, thyroid, thyroid. It makes as big...

    Testosterone propionate for TRT

I am also using Enanthate now, but for me it is to see if it helps in clearing up the persistent skin / "acne" problems. As far as how I feel, I don't think there is any difference between Cypionate and Enanthate.

    Testosterone propionate for TRT

Not sure, just try to be objective about any changes and give it at least a month. I kept notes on every protocol change so that I would have something to refer back to without getting in the moment about everything. Empower also makes a blend of esters, but I have never tried it. I'm...

    Testosterone propionate for TRT

SHBG won’t modify the half life of the ester itself, but it does have a mechanism to control uptake of testosterone in the body which is not fully understood. Much about SHBG remains unknown and many people really don’t give SHBG the credit and respect that it deserves. It does so much more than...

    Testosterone propionate for TRT

You are correct. SHBG most certainly does affect the rate at which testosterone metsbolizes and leaves the body. I can’t even recall the rationale for trying Propionate / it was such a bad idea. We have to inject daily with Cypionate or Enanthate because it metabolizes faster than the 3/4 day...

    Switching to cream from injections

I was on daily injections AND daily cream applied to the scrotum and the addition of the cream made a world of difference. It (scrotal application of cream) is the only way to blast up your DHT to improve libido. I used the past tense because I _was_ low SHBG. By fixing my thyroid, my SHBG went...

    Inject HCG in scrotum?

Not unless you like extremely high levels of pain.

    Testosterone propionate for TRT

Words of warning: If you have low SHBG and are thinking of trying Propionate, don't. It's great at first - the high peak feeling. Then after some time the Cypionate that you were taking entirely leaves your body and you find the Prop gone in just a matter of a few hours. Sky high in the AM and...

Applying cream twice a day problems

Some feel best with a more natural fluctuation in testosterone and some feel best with constantly elevated testosterone. Others find wlevated teatoaterone to be over-stimulating. The simple answer is to work with your doctor to find something that helps you feel well, and to talk to them about...
