Finasteride (Propecia) Hair Lotion or Foam to Treat Hair Loss in Men and Women

It seems to end up crushing serum dht even when applied topically. Might take longer to tank serum levels than oral finasteride but it will happen. Will drop serum dht by 60-70% over time.

    Hair loss

Here are a few studies that may be of interest. The actual papers are online free somewhere but the abstracts are pretty good. Basically you can take a tiny dose of finasteride either orally (as low as 0.05mg/day) or topically (0.1ml to 0.2ml of 0.25% solution once daily) and it will block DHT...

    Irritability and anxiety on Testosterone

I don't trust any T numbers unless it's the Testosterone LC/MS and Free Test ultrafiltration test. I don't even know what test that is now on discountedlabs.com I don't do anything special to get #s that high. I take 5,000 mcg biotin every morning (but not morning of labs) so maybe they're...

Looking for advice, opinions and experiences

Ask @sh1973 and @Cataceous then mix their two answers together :) My opinions which are not always popular...from what you've posted so far. 80mg once per week subq. That way you will be able to notice your peaks & troughs, subq is easier than im, etc. While multiple times per week is good...

Looking for advice, opinions and experiences

I said subq is way easier :) People have been doing IM for 70 years. Some guys will say the longer the needle the better. There are studies and there is real life. The truth is usually somewhere in the middle.

You’d be shutdown and might feel worse for a couple weeks. You could just cold turkey it at that point and be fine. Subq is way easier but I think IM is more effective and more predictable.

100mg per week. Try it. You can always stop if you don’t like it.
