From all my years on the forums. Seems like most men that do well only need 1-2x a week injections. Again a few outliers but it’s far from the norm to need more. And that’s from many of the drs that participate in forums and groups also.

Most guys that have trouble with trt are ones on forums. The over thinkers and the over researchers. The ones that consistently try to find the magical “sweet spot” for e2. Because they have a transient sensation of burning nipples. Or water retention. Or slight rise in hct. The list can go on...

But how does that pertain to trt. If you have high enough e2 to “transition” you would have high enough testosterone on trt for that not to happen lol.

Because @RobRoy refuses to answer a few questions and I feel when he feels the heat his default is to lash out. What grown man asks to be banned. I’m not here to talk shit and attack anyone. But I’ve heard my fair share of stories from former patients to know to stay away from his practice...

In my case @RobRoy theory doesn’t seem correct. First labs are on injections. Second is on cream.

so what is happening when a man doesn’t get much symptom relief at say 700tt but boosts it slowly overtime. Starts to get symptom relief but also side effects ?

I’m a little confused. If they are at full saturation at 700tt. Why would they get side effects going higher then ?

Mine is opposite. I was getting thinner and thinner with my low t. And since trt in general. (First injections now cream) my hair thinning has not progressed whatsoever.

I get what your saying but. I had mid range dht on injections. And have sky high dht on cream. Shouldn’t I be getting some sort of “negative” side effect ?

I’ve seen a bunch of people who added dht derivatives to injections say they couldn’t replicate the feeling of being on the cream alone. Not sure I’m sold on the whole dht thing. Especially if dr Nichols is right with his take on dht.

but I also feel that much better on cream vs enanthate. So does that also boil down to excipients?

is that study solely based off TSH ? And not everyone with low normal thyroid hormones have issues. But doing a trial of thyroid hormone on a patient with clear symptoms but numbers in range, shouldn’t cause harm. Now if the patient is getting symptom resolution with out right hyper symptoms...

I don’t know if I posted this already. But I couldn’t not tolerate any dose of test cyp. Compounded from empower or Pfizer brand. Yet I did much better on empower test e and also westward brand. I believe that is hikma now.

what pharmacy did you use? What base was it compounded in? Did you ever get labs on cream ? It took me 6-8 weeks for the anxiety to subside when I got on a proper dose. But don’t assume it’s because your levels are too high. I thought mine were turned out my t was low. I base to use a good...

am I reading that correctly ? Endogenous hyperthyroid ? I was talking about hypothyroid patients taking medication to relieve symptoms. And being slightly over top of range to reach symptom relief.

janSz was a good guy but he was a nut also. How can you prove “high dht” caused prostate issues ? Plenty of men with normal or low dht have prostate issues. I’ve had a few bouts of prostatitis. Before trt. I also am having one as we speak. Should I blame the high dht from being on cream?

I personally would stop chasing this magical e2 number. And just get on a proper dose of t. You most likely will never achieve that with androgel to be honest.

Yeah so you respond incredibly well to testosterone. Sure you dose is low but your levels match someon that would be on 120 mg 1x a week. Thats why dose is irrelevant!
