Ejaculate changes on Clomid - High E2?

You can try sunflower lecithin and possibly zinc as well to see if it increases load volume. Also make sure you stay well hydrated.

Can you apply cream just once per day?

Your wife's higher T levels could be due to something like PCOS? It would seem hard to transfer the cream unless you are rubbing against her right after you put it on. Maybe boxers at night an easy solution?

    T cream ingredients

Atrevis is a testosterone-specific base. Better absorption = lower dose = lower cost per month. From a consumer perspective, that's what you want. From a revenue generating perspective, pharmacy might choose something different, since consumers are used to low absorption rates with transdermals...

    T cream ingredients

edvedder, please post the ingredient list when you get it. I have always wondered about the base Empower uses, as some apparently allow more absorption than others. For example, Atrevis base claims to offer up to 2.73 times more testosterone delivery.

Issues with Testosterone Cream -- anyone else?

As a point of reference with 20% T cream (200mg/ml), I came in about 300 Total T, applied to forearms or shoulders, a big non-absorption fail. I switched to below the bicep, prepped the skin with Neutrogena Deep Clean facial cleanser to break the skin barrier down a bit, and then very warm water...

Issues with Testosterone Cream -- anyone else?

readyforchanged, what % T cream are you using? If 20%, that is a boatload of T cream daily. You can possibly improve absorption by using a very warm washcloth compress beforehand. This will both open the pores and increase water content of the skin. Both aid in absorption. DragonBits, I would...

    PSA at 5.3

Blackhawk, you input on this just struck me as to how well crowdsourcing of health information can work. So much info out there that we can't all be aware of every option all the time. Intelligent and accurate information with proper vetting can be crowdsourced. And, can change someone's course...

Are guys that do well on low dose clomid unicorns...or do they really exist?

Guys, clomiphene does not work out well for most people in the long run. I was on it for five years, low dose 12.5mg. It was convenient and cheap, and Total T was great, Free T was low due to high SHBG. End result was going on T cream with Defy. However, enclomiphene is now available from one...

    Pharma-Grade Enclomiphene now available

Maybe taking DHEA to raise E2 if necessary and therefore avoid introduction of zuclomiphene isomer back into the mix? However, contra this thought, see Castaneda's post on High estrogen / SHBG. He says his experience with taking DHEA results in no E2 increase, but higher E1, carrying SHBG...

    Pharma-Grade Enclomiphene now available

Our use of clomiphene is off-label anyway. Would that be considered "not FDA approved?"

    Pharma-Grade Enclomiphene now available

I suspect several of us who respond/responded well to low-dose clomiphene, at least numbers-wise if not subjectively, would like to give enclomiphene a try.

    Pharma-Grade Enclomiphene now available

Is Allergan/Repros even actively pursuing FDA approval of Enclomiphene on a current basis anymore, or are they letting it quietly die? I know Repros ended up selling out for a pittance, generating shareholder lawsuits in the process. Maybe instead of pursuing FDA approval, they sit back and let...

    Pharma-Grade Enclomiphene now available

Good catch, seppuku. I guess the pharmacy tech writer doesn't understand how a SERM works vs an AI, since they talk SERM in the text description. If enclomiphene were to actually work as we all wished it would be a TRT game-changer.

    Latest labs 10/13

It looks like your calculated Free T would come in at 10.5, assuming albumin of 4.3. This could be low enough to allow low T symptoms. Direct Free T test is a fleeting snapshot so not necessarily reliable. Defy will be able to advise you.

Wanting to change from compounded T-cream to injections

On 4/21/18 her Total T was 63. I did not think transference of my T cream was an issue. Tried to make extra sure no transference over the next 7 weeks. On 6/13/18 her Total T was 79. Her doctor said she would expect my wife's post-menopausal T level to be about 10. Her doctor said she would be...

Are guys that do well on low dose clomid unicorns...or do they really exist?

I was on clomid for several years without an AI. Titrated down to 12.5mg E3D and that kept Total T levels 700-800 range. However, SHBG was always high, so Free T was low. And no subjective benefits at all. It was certainly easier to take a 1/4 tablet pill than do TRT, and I liked the fact that...

Wanting to change from compounded T-cream to injections

We had the same issue with my post-menopausal wife having a high Total T reading and me being on T cream. I thought I was pretty careful regarding transference. I was extra careful for the next 7 weeks and then she tested high again for Total T. So if it is transference from me, it must stay in...

    Supplement BOTH Pregnenalone and DHEA?

The only problem with starting at a very low dose with MRM at least is that you will have to buy a bag of empty pill cases make your own custom-dose pills. I am doing that now. I started with 25mg/day Dhea capsules and my levels went pretty high, so I am now trying 12.5mg/day and suspect it will...

Compounded T cream - 50 mg - wait time question

Feel just ok. No really amazing changes yet. Not exhausted, no brain fog, no depression, so that is nice. Erection hardness went from 80 percent max back to 100 percent max, so that is really good. Refractory time between orgasms is reduced from 3-4 days down to 1/2 days, so that is good (for...

My dose is 3/4 ml (3 clicks). I do 1/2 ml (2 clicks) AM, 1/4 ml (1 click) PM. (20% Empower concentration). I have been applying to both shaved underarms at the same time (not just one underarm like you do). My alternating site the next day is on my forearms, using both forearms at the same...

gel vs injections ( pros / cons ) feelings and experiences wanted , over shots :(

Thanks, Orrin. How many hours after application do you wait before getting blood tests? I have been trying Empower transdermal and getting blood testing 2 hours after application. First time around Total T was 300 range, so not good. Now experimenting to improve absorption.
