Wow. I would say total T is way too low. When I was at that level I had vertigo and would want to go to bed at 7. If you are not taking T now you can try to increase it naturally by practicing intermittent fasting, limiting sugar and alcohol.

It could have also been the arimidex as that causes my face to feel jacked if I’m too low on estrogen

And you were on the same T dose back then? From my experience 500 iu hcg is too much and will cause that face bloat/eye issue. You shouldn’t exp that with 250iu hcg

I agree. Anastrozole seemed to start knocking my levels way too low around the 8-10 week mark. Be careful with that stuff. I feel stiff like I am 90 years old regardless of how much Anastrozole I take and estrogen levels are at while on it. Avoid that stuff if you can

I searched everywhere with no luck. If one is on weekly 200 T and would like to transition to daily 200mg transdermal, would I start the 200mg TD on day 8 after last injection? Or would I use a gradual increase scale starting day 8 with a TD smaller dose.

Yes because my 18 gauge needle will not fit on my 26 gauge syringe so I backfill that and my hcg since I draw hcg out with an insulin syringe. So if I were to draw out with no dead space in needle and syringe and then backfill another string to the correct line, then there is still T oil left...

Also different gauges and length of needles could mean different amounts.....does the string account for this? I don't think so
