@madman Thanks for all the great information. I will re-read again after work to fully digest. But to clarify a few things...I have been back on TRT now for over 10 months. When I said I changed protocols a few times, it was going from daily injections > E3D > E3.5D but my T-Cyp was always on...

Any TRT is for life so just think about being being in your 80's and (hopefully) 90's and needing to do something routinely like brushing teeth, shaving, etc. I struggled with this concept may times as being on t-cyp injections. No right or wrong here...just all good talking points.

I truly wish you the best. It's sad that the x% of people that get the "PFS like" side effect...that it is permanent. I unfortunately am one that was permanently damaged 13 yrs ago after being on 80mg for only 10 days after doing 40mg for 1 month.

For me...the sensitivity is no different when using Trimix.

I use another UGL that one can buy direct from (no 3rd party retailer). If interested, shoot me a DM for that info. No interest in debating that whole concept...everyone can decide for themselves.

Like most EVERYTHING else on this forum...everyone seems to react differently no matter what the subject matter is. I had no nausea. Sensitivity was no different from using PDE pills or Trimix. If you have sex or masturbate on PT, the hard-on subsides as it normally does. But then the fun begins...

OMG...please do your DD on this. Just google "accutane sexual dysfunction" or search my prior posts on this board. I have posts with links to the "proof" of the risk on this drug and it's permanent damage it does.

FWIW...I see most 'Tane horror stories from using high doses. For me I was fine at 40 mg...then when my Doc bumped me to 80mg...10 days later my sides kicked in. Those sides are now permanent. If someone warned me about PERMANENT side effects being possible, I would have NEVER rolled the dice.

FWIW...in 2010 when me and my Primary were still "in the dark" about Accutane he had me get an MRI on the Pitutary. It came back that it basically was "on the small size". One could hypothesize that 'tane "shrunk it". I was 100% hormonally normal BEFORE taking "Tane. Can any of this be proven...

I use a reputable UGL and could not be happier. I get 10ml for $45 and avoid all the BS with scripts, insurance, etc.
