You think I can make gains lifting lighter with more reps. More to tone and build muscle not to be huge.

Do I need to eliminate all simple carbs? I eat simple carbs here and there but not a lot. Example one yogurt and one pancake. The rest meats and nuts etc.

Dr today told me to stay off the arimidex and retest in 6 weeks since the sensitive came back at 5.

Everyone is different but to better understand. Can some get it even with in range levels or it only happens when out of range?

Yeah those needles are too long I think. Having to get stuck once or twice weekly can be daunting and gets old I'm sure.

That seems like a reasonable area. The instructions for me is to apply on the inner arms. There I had good results but changed area to avoid contact with the family. I might apply there again and retest.

Where do you apply it? I was doing the thigh but I have hairy legs.
