    Big Prolactin Increase

Someone has already said it, but hcg is likely the culprit. The majority of men on trt do not use hcg. Think about that for a sec. It’s good to try out after you have dialed yourself in…if you feel the need to. Also, not everyone does well on daily injections. I also have low shbg and didn’t...

    The Case Against Antidepressants

What’s your propionate dose and how long have you been doing this for? What side effects are you having from doing this?

T-Cream on scrotum, what makes it work so good for low shbg men?

MAO-B is generally believed to break down dopamine; however, recent evidence suggests that MAO-A may mostly or entirely be responsible for dopamine metabolism.[9]. Just read this on wiki when looking up rasagiline.

T-Cream on scrotum, what makes it work so good for low shbg men?

Have you tried rasagiline? I might want to try that to avoid the amphetamine metabolites.

Lol this is my favorite post by far that I’ve seen on this site

    The Case Against Antidepressants

Yes this is interesting. I mean mushrooms don’t do anything for my depression and I take them regularly lol. It’s more for when I’m bored and want a trip. Also which antidepressants have you found most helpful? I see many having succes with welloft (wellbutrin plus zoloft)

    Libido: hCG vs higher T / E2

Would you think to try cataceous’ method? 4/3 c/p daily injections?

    Libido: hCG vs higher T / E2

Yes on daily injections which is the first thing I started out doing when I first got on trt I had zero libido and couldn’t get an erection to save my life. I was about to stop trt at that point because I had never had issues with erections before and my natural test was high 300s. That’s when I...

    Libido: hCG vs higher T / E2

So soemthing like 7mg cypionate/ 5mg propionate daily as a good start? I may try this but still unless you go through a trial of each individually ordering multiple blood tests of peak and trough as you did you wouldn’t know which ester to adjust. And then as you age I’m sure the way you...

    Libido: hCG vs higher T / E2

I think this is why creams work so well for me. And I also have issues with daily cypionate injections. I’m going to try jatenzo next. It seems kind of hard to dial in a propionate blend since it’s two esters involved?

    Transcrotal testosterone cream blood results

For me applying at night not only caused me ED but it disrupted my sleep. Once I switched to just morning application it fixed everything. I like trying different things. My next experiment is going to be jatenzo.

    The Case Against Antidepressants

Are you planning on exploring other options for your depression? All those drugs you mentioned cause chemical imbalances they are marketed to correct. It’s all bullshit really, but I think they are good for a temporary fix for the right person. Im not really big on taking pharmaceuticals these...

    Tested my son for testosterone

I mean what do benzos, opioids, and testosterone all have in common? They’re all scheduled drugs and are notorious for having the worst withdrawals of any type or class of drugs. That’s the whole point of them being controlled substances (ie tightly regulated) because they cause dependency of...

    Delayed Ejaculation

Agreed. Those estrogen blockers are poison in a pill.

    Delayed Ejaculation

I don’t think it has anything to do with estrogen. This is just my opinion, but I would eliminate hcg focus on just test and inject it once a week. Injecting every day in the past gave me those similar issues. I think the body need some fluctuations in testosterone. I know not everyone agrees...

    Tested my son for testosterone

i don’t think anyone is coming off a certain way, tbh. We are just concerned, and you wouldn’t have posted your story had you not wanted feedback or criticism. Tlawyer is making the point that again antidepressant is not a scheduled drug (and hence will have easier time coming off the drug) and...

    Tested my son for testosterone

Yes I’m glad someone said this. I see so many 20 somethings hopping on trt for the wrong reasons. Maybe it’s just me, but having been harmed by both physicians and the drugs they prescribe in the past, I would be more protective of my child and steer them in a different direction. Trt or any...

Poll - Are You Still On Cream?

I have had most success using creams. I alternate between cypionate and scrotal cream. Never combining the two though. I get benefits from each method, so I do six months and six months or whatever I feel like going with at the time of prescription renewal

T-Cream on scrotum, what makes it work so good for low shbg men?

Elevated dht with creams is just as experimental as men on long-term testosterone replacement through any method. In other words why bother worrying about it when you’ve already taken the risk of being committed to long-term treatment with exogenous testosterone?

    Non-MPB hair loss on TRT

Whenever there’s a medical intervention of any kind (ie pharmaceuticals, including hormones) there will be negative side effects. This is part of the game unfortunately and is a major reason I would venture to say why many men stop trt or never start even if they have low t symptoms. Like...
