Very long term TRT (20+ years) - risk of liver cancer?

But my A1C is perfect, and my glucose has been perfect. I did not check my glucose for the past 2 or 3 weeks while on the scrotal cream though. But like right now, my glucose is 78. With that said, I do feel like I get postprandial hypoglycemia, especially when my T is up. It's just not showing...

Very long term TRT (20+ years) - risk of liver cancer?

I just got my test results in. Just 25mg of scrotal T cream caused my DHT to shoot up to 181, over the range of 12-65. E2 was only 13 (<= 29), serum T was only 292, and Free T was 67.3 (35-155) LC/MS-MS. With my DHT being way over the top range, I wonder if that was somehow making me feel dizzy...

I wanted this to work, because I was tired of needles after 20 years. But after feeling like I have...

Very long term TRT (20+ years) - risk of liver cancer?

Right, Nelson is going strong. I know a handful who have done TRT 20-30 years, also doing good. But most of the people I know never went crazy with danazolm, anadrol, dbol and other stuff. I'd guess those who used TONS of 17α-alkylated steroids in the past are more likely to be on TRT at the...

Very long term TRT (20+ years) - risk of liver cancer?

I've been on TRT for about 15 years. I keep my total testosterone on the low end, around 400 (I couldn't get my T over 150 before TRT). This evening I was reading this study: S2577 Development of Liver Cancers as an Unexpected... : Official journal of the American College of Gastroenterology |...
