Best TRT administration. Injectable vs Oral

Honestly I thought the biggest problems with the orals was the liver. And to avoid that one might prefer gels or injections.

Anybody live in a country that mostly prescribes gel / nebido? Were you able to get enanthate/cyp?

Question in the title. I've been on the gel for 3 months and I really want to try either enanthate or cypionate.

Can HCG alone cause sleep apnea?

I'd think so. Even women with PCOS (who have higher testosterone) are more likely to have sleep apnea. But who knows. Are you afraid of sleep apnea? It's somewhat easily treatable, I wouldn't let it hold me back.

Slight Stammer - Are Hormones Responsible?

Purely anecdotal observation. I posted these symptoms on forums for a few diseases/conditions. On the hypothyroid ones I got disproportionately manyr eplies for people who related (80+) and they were actually a smaller community than some of the others. Some of them reported feeling better on...

    advice on getting dialed in

It's not a corticosteroid and I hadn't heard of the effect on cortisol. The problem is that most of the studies with low dose naltrexone have been done with people with autoimmune diseases and they haven't so far focused on cortisol. Here's one study for naltrexone at a more conventional dose...

    Testosterone Gel or Cream?

Out of curiosity, where is it taking your levels in the morning? I've seen total T of 24 nmol/L or around 700 ng/dl on 50mg of Testogel. Am now taking 75mg.

    advice on getting dialed in

Thanks Vince. Am mildly surprised to see this on here. I suspect a great part of my fatigue is due to excessive inflammation. Testosterone is known to suppress IL-6 and TNFa which is why I at least partially think I'm feeling relief. LDN does more of the same, so I've been considering it for...

    advice on getting dialed in

Just to come with a completely random suggestion that I have no idea whether holds any merit. Have you looked at Low dose naltrexone? It works by blocking the opioid receptors in the brain temporarily. The body responds by making more beta-endorphins and more opioid receptors. The side effect...

Your experiences with increasing testosterone dosage?

Fair enough. I'm trying .25mg EOD and will continue to do so for the next month at the very least. So far so good.

Your experiences with increasing testosterone dosage?

Did you try AI? My morning wood / erections in general are back and strong with it.

Your experiences with increasing testosterone dosage?

Thanks for this madman. I should ask my doctor about free test. He measured it at first but seems to only measure total T after that.

Your experiences with increasing testosterone dosage?

Isn't 200mg per week landing you at insane levels (total T)?

Testogel - increased dosage and libido went down

Thanks madman I appreciate the response. I have previously seen total T of around 800 ng/dl accompanied with estradiol of 228 pmol/l which is 62pg/ml if I'm not mistaken. I know - again - I don't know the labs right now. But I know I was feeling exactly the same as I was feeling then. And I...

Testogel - increased dosage and libido went down

Fair point - but if I feel horrible when E2 is up, unacceptable without testosterone treatment, then I need to find out a happy medium. But we're still talking somewhere between 0.5 - 1mg per week. I think I'm going to try .25mg EOD with the 75mg, see where that lands me after a while.

Testogel - increased dosage and libido went down

Update: After 3 consecutive days at 75mg with .25mg anastrozole/adex every day the morning wood is back. The mood seems better as well.

Your experiences with increasing testosterone dosage?

Eagerness to see better results (for fatigue). Now doing incremental.

Your experiences with increasing testosterone dosage?

@Nelson Vergel can you add to this?

Your experiences with increasing testosterone dosage?

I think this is a smart way to look at it. The reason for why I'm bumping the dosage is because I started due to insane fatigue. It was improved with 50mg + some adex but I wanted to see more improvements, and so I bumped it further.

Your experiences with increasing testosterone dosage?

@Paul M huh. That's really interesting. I always connected dry eyes to low E2 because I tried anastrozole without test once and got dry eyes. But ofc. that lowers E2 and raises testosterone as well. Do you never do AI/did you try a higher dose with AI? Or are you just content with your current...

Your experiences with increasing testosterone dosage?

This is a re-post to an extent. But what I want to hear is some of your stories on increasing testosterone. Here is mine (without much facts, just how I experienced and read it): I was taking 50mg testosterone gel and had levels at 24nmol/l or almost 700ng/dl. I increased to 100mg and...

Testogel - increased dosage and libido went down

Yeah, it's strange.. I do know that I get dry eyes when low on E2. But I think my mood tanks when it's high, as well as, potentially the libido. Or at least erection quality.

Testogel - increased dosage and libido went down

24nmol/L, this is around 692ng/dl. Unfortunately I have neither free T nor estradiol or SHBG.

Testogel - increased dosage and libido went down

I'd been on 50mg/daily for 2 months. Morning wood was present every day. Did at most 0.5mg anasrozole. Bumped to 100mg/daily for 5 days, libido seems down, no morning wood, dry eyes.. I started by increasing anastrozole as well but dropped it for the last 2 of the 5 days. Has anyone...

    Dry eyes on testogel?

Hi guys, Has anyone experienced dry eyes with Testogel? I have been doing a bit of anastrozole as well but quit recently to see if this has to do with low E2. I experienced this after doubling the dose of the gel.

    My experience getting started

It also played a part that I read studies about clomid raising cortisol (as was the case for me, it went through the upper limit).

    My experience getting started

Good question.. it took me well over.. I don't know.. should'v elogged it, but at least a couple of weeks to calm down from the clomid. So that was somewhat off-putting for me. The second thing was I read something about floaters - as in people messing up their sight permanently, and that...

    My experience getting started

I started the journey with a clomid monotherapy. 50mg EOD. It raised my T and free T considerably. Then I got extremely tense/irritable/emotional/anxious. I did some labs and saw that E2 was way up and so was cortisol. I came off that and then started on the gel. I had similar results at the...

Anxiety / poor sleep / heart beat when bumping dose

I've been experiencing some of this.. mild-moderate anxiety and feeling my heart beat a bit off when bumping my dose. Has anybody experienced this? Did your body adjust to the new dose?
